One more thing to mention is that the Sphinx here gives Nitocris 50% defense, which is absolutely not insignificant. If you can take the 3 turns of time reduction on the IK, it might be beneficial to target the Sphinx first, especially since he contributes a lot to the damage your team takes. Or bring someone with Pierce Defense, I suppose. Ranmaru is a thing.
By far the hardest part of this fight was being unable to read japanese and having my units die all the time because I couldn't understand the gimmick. Thanks for the guide
They sure love making avenger servants fight themselves. Wish the game would give us more moon cancer beast and pretender f2p units or bronze units. I can see extra rin or wk a good low star moon cancer. Fou our 1 star beast(id grail him immediately) and pretenders just pick whoever has ever lied about themselves. Sf caster comes to mind if they don't want him as caster. Avenger is awesome but we got so many
I always hate when the game forces a story support. At least give us the option to pick our unit if we summoned it. They are usually way stronger thanks to fou golden sumo etc Also love the jeanne ruler buff. It's awesome for stall comps especially with tamamo Merlin castoria mix and match set ups
No wonder you called this an awful fight. I thoughth I passed through it, but it feels like you have to just reset to get "no instant kill". Limiting your NP or skill usage in a battle like this is ridicilous.

Assassin Shiki might actually be an ok back up DPS for people with limited options, She has anti avenger passive and defense ignore
