I love this. I'm a part-time artist and love seeing new ways to make art. By the way, your glue gun is much nicer than mine. I'll have to see if I can find one like that here in Indonesia where I live.
Hi Kate, thank you for watching all the way from Indonesia! My cordless glue gun is a dream to work with, and I hope that you are able to find one. Will you be sharing some of your art on your channel?
@@reimaginedbyjacqueline0517 I might do that, but I've got so many ideas for videos about my expat life here. Maybe I should just put some of my art at the end of each video.
Absolutely lovely! ❤️❤️🔥❤️ Because of how easy it is for hot glue to breakdown over time, I don’t add the picture until I hot glue and then add 3 stitches to the curl, then adhere the picture. I do keep the picture under the canvas with a piece of acrylic over it so I don’t cut it, so it gives me a good idea if I want more curls/cuts.
Thank you so much. This technique has endless possibilities, and using multicolored paper would look great! Have fun creating, and thank you for watching!
I am in love with this craft. Your painting skills are wonderful, and I can see how this makes this project pop. I definitely want to try this. There are endless possibilities. I definitely want/need a cordless glue gun. The others drive me batty. 😅 I am new here. And, I am subscribing…
Hello and welcome to my channel, and thank you for your kind words. I agree, there are endless possibilities. I will be teaching at a long term care in January and I plan on doing a small busted canvas with them using holiday cards. Thanks again and have fun creating!
That’s so cool. You picked the right time to post this video because my maple trees have started to change colours telling me that fall is just around the corner. Very nice Jacqueline.👍☮️🇨🇦
