The problem I have with bounce is that a lot of cards have an ability when played. So when you bounce those cards, the opponent gets to use that ability again.

Honestly, I think that double strike is better than frenzy Frenzy requires that your zombie lives, and that the opposing plant dies, but double strike just requires your plant to live, and because zombies don’t have teamup, your plant is guaranteed to either kill the zombie fronting it, kill the zombie and attack face, or just attack face twice, but with frenzy it’s a lot more complicated given its other factors
That's true in a vacuum, but in practice it isn't that good. Repeater and Cosmic Pea's Double Strike never go off because they're too fragile. Of course B Rex and Gatling Pea use it well, but only because they have real stats. The only way to give it to plants is to use Cosmic Pea which really really sucks and Coffee Grounds which has issues in that zombies can just cover the environment before it gets value On the zombie side, there's wayyyy more Frenzy cards, and they have Going Viral, Area 22, and Maniacal Laugh, which all circumvent the issue that double strike has where a lot of the cards that have it suck because you can just make any card have it. Zombies getting last say on environments also means Area 22 is just way better than Coffee Grounds is.

Sometimes I wonder if Amphibious would be better if the Bog environment just…made another water lane. Something like “When played: Bounce all Plants and Zombies here. This lane is now a water lane.” That’d give it a much greater impact, increase the usability of Amphibious cards, and even give some utility against ground-targeting cards like Acid Rain or Frozen Tundra. It’d also give cards like Lily Pad more reason to exist at all, being a perfect synergy card for it. And it’s not like there wouldn’t be counterplay, Zombies could just override the environment with one of their own, especially since Zombie environments are cheaper and get the last laugh in the Tricks phase. I think it’d be interesting, to be honest.
Umbrella leaf is underrated. You can throw a lot of cheap cards down on turn 2-4 and then the zombie hero has to use at least two tricks to affect your minions. Also when you know the opponent only has enough brains to use a trick that could counter a bigger card you can drop leaf and it saves it. Two leafs next to each other can make almost the entire field immune to tricks.
in fact, for a funny reason, Double Strike is better than Frenzy on paper, because it doesnot require to win trade, just the plant gotta survive, but in fact, the card has double strike only content 1 good one (Bananasaurus) while frenzy has better thing (going viral, possessed)

Alternatively, you could always try and make your own set which includes these buffs and nerfs as well as your own fan made cards!

I find the keyword definition for deadly interesting as it also mentions hurting zombies as well. Now unless barrel of Deadbeard was in the beginning of the game then that would’ve mean plants were atleast planned to have deadly but was scrapped later on.
Amphibious can be a very helpful keyword in decks that prioritize hitting face, such as using fish imp for a stream of 3 damage a turn if not answered. Even if the damage for these cards is low, you can use buffing tricks to hit face (and HARD) every turn with your opponent not being able to do much about it other than use tricks on it.
I use a neptuna pirate deck and I often combine captain flameface (plus a couple of pirates like swashbuckler) with going viral, so frenzy with striketrough. Its very strong if you combine it.

Frozen is the past-tense of freeze. It said frozen because the sentence would be wrong if it said this gets +2+2 when a zombie is freeze Some plants though like chili pepper says freeze because it guarantees you to freeze this turn. Snowdrop, however does not now when a zombie will be frozen
personally, I think strikethrough is the best stat in the game. I mean, if you last to turn nine you can spam apple saucer and then use berry angery. That is lethal if your opponent has 15 or less hp or if you have 4 apple saucers
I personally think freeze should be in B Tear and is underrated, Sure it doesn’t kill by itself but it makes Bad trades into good trades and good trades into great trades. It Naturally counters bonus attack strikethrough and frenzy (two of which are some of the best strategies in the game) I think the reason fry loses to it’s a lot but can’t win with it a lot is because a lot of fried deck rely on bonus attack to win (which isn’t bad it’s the best way to win) but the various peoples he face I tend to not rely on bonus attack and such making the keyword for him feel useless
Really wish they gave zombies more ways to give themselves untrickable through playing minions like parasol, maybe then big dry zombies and investing into a zombie could be more viable

generally if you're running aggro then bounce can allow you to get alot more damage in faster

He forgot about the other 2 splash cards - rotobaga and threepeater. They technically aren't splash but they are basically splash that can be buffed
And Tricorn, also their splash is different for 2 reasons:
1) it can be buffed
2) all the attacks can hit the hero, not just the main one
You can also bounce a minion that the enemy invested multiple cards in
the reason blocking is really good it’s because it can break their block meter so they don’t block and it will be bullseye for free

Conjure and RNG are the only decks I play against where I purposefully leave without conceding so they have to wait until I disconnect

Eyespore is nice with solar flare cuz puffshroom, and you can essentially replace a zombie big minion with yours for an extra 2 cost

Tier List Idea : Re-raritize event cards if they were the normal set. e.g. : Forget-Me-Nut > Rare, Fraidy Cat > Super-Rare. :)

I personally think freeze should be in B Tear and is underrated, Sure it doesn’t kill by itself but it makes Bad trades into good trades and good trades into great trades. It Naturally counters bonus attack strikethrough and frenzy (two of which are some of the best strategies in the game)
I think the reason fry loses to it’s a lot but can’t win with it a lot is because a lot of fried deck rely on bonus attack to win (which isn’t bad it’s the best way to win) but the various peoples he face I tend to not rely on bonus attack and such making the keyword for him feel useless
Really wish they gave zombies more ways to give themselves untrickable through playing minions like parasol, maybe then big dry zombies and investing into a zombie could be more viable
