Ingredients:
Moong dal -1 cup
Poha - 1/3 cup
Suji - 1 cup
Oil -2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Buttermilk - 1 & half glass ( use as needed)
Green chilies, ginger paste - 2 tsp
For tadka:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Green chilies
Sesame seeds
Hing
Tip - soak moong dal in buttermilk instead of water, use buttermilk for grinding instead of water as well .
