Terrace Plaza Hotel Demolition: First Steps

The Terrace Plaza is an iconic landmark in Cincinnati. It was completed in in 1948, and was the largest Post WWII construction project in the US, as well as the first hotel build after the war.
Currently our crews are onsite doing asbestos abatement of the soft walls which will all come down, leaving a skeleton of a building for the Novo Development Group to fully renovate.
