    Just tested one out and it's not bad at all on 12vdc gel cell. It starts clipping when you crank up your phone, but that might be improved with more voltage, idunno. I've tested many of these stereo and mono bluetooth boards and I'd say it's better than average and might even be worth a capacitor upgrade. Doesn't have any annoying status voices or drop-outs during quiet passages like many others do. So you could use it with audiobooks. A better mono solution I've found is doing a discreet 5v bluetooth board and mono TPA3116 board, which sounds about a full digit better on a 1-10 Olympics judging scale. But that's more wires, voltage regulators, etc. This little board does a good job.

    You have fitted so many bluetooth boards into things over the years, i guess it's becoming hard to find stuff to fit them into, even the cat is looking scared now ha ha :).

    Is there anyway to get a line out from the bluetooth. I want to use this board for my mids and highs through bluetooth, but I would like to output the bluetooth to another amplifier for a subwoofer?

    I see these amplifiers advertised as tws capable. Have you tried pairing two of these boards together to get wireless stereo audio?

  • @Motoralbi
    @Motoralbi 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello, how is the audio quality on your board? I bought the same amplifier but bluetooth audio is bad, there's some kind of artifacts that just mess up the highs. It sounds kinda like when the bitrate gets low. Audio through aux input is fine though.

    I think you missed most of the point of this board being mono. It supports TWS (True Wireless Stereo).
    So you can build two similar speakers with one of these boards in each, and then you will have a wireless, stereo setup. :-) Kind of cool actually!

    • @Spixe
      @Spixe 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The product page was not really very informative, though.
      The button should be for switching between TWS mode and normal bluetooth mode.

      Thanks a lot! This was exactly the information I was looking for. And indeed, the product page is not very informative about this particular aspect. So you already build such a setup, with two speakers? Does it work as expected? I suppose it does, but I'm curious to your experiences :-)

      @dingdangdo0 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@remivonderscher9964 , just got one of these boards. The instructions are pretty minimal. I got the play, next, previous working by connecting momentary switches to the relevant pad and to KCOM ( not GND as I mistakenly tried). However I can’t adjust the volume. I’m guessing you may have to short out the pads on the bottom side of the board, allowing volume to be changed, but then the previous and next probably won’t work. As I say the instructions are very poor.

    I understand this is an old post, but you might still be checking. How do you swap from the Bluetooth signal to the "Aux audio input" when they are both connected? The "Aux input disables Bluetooth when connected. The board will be inaccessible in my case with the exception of using the switch. Is a momentary switch needed at the "Set Mode" terminals?

I have a Samsung SCL906 Hi8 cam corder and the lcd screen doesn’t show what you are recording when u flip it open it’s just grey and I’m tryna figure out why it dosent work, another thing that’s wrong with the cam corder is it’s all in black and white I can’t see color when I look around with it. Do you know of a source of supply (ideally Amazon) of the a DC power jack (ideally panel mounting) to mate to a an older laptop PC power supply (with 4.5mm*3.0mm with center pin) used to power this mono amplifier board?

  • @tyronenelson9124

    The two audio channels leaving the bt module are present then enter a few passive components which creates a mono channel before reaching the amplifier which is wired in btl mode to provide one large mono output, this is quite common in alot of bt speakers as this method keeps the audio return and speaker ground away from the system ground.

    Impressively thick board, not the usual paper thin rubbish.
    Interesting thing to try though, play an audio book through it, see if it cuts off the first fraction of a second of audio from the start of a sentence.

    Hi,
    Great information!
    On a tangent, I'm getting 8 blinks of death on Panasonic TC-P65VT50.
    I've replaced the SC and buffer boards and also the SS board.
    Any suggestions?

      Google the blink code for that model.
      So many things that cause 8 blinks. Over voltage under voltage, over current. Anything i suggest will just be a guess.

      Where did you get ss board? eBay? Likely bad. I have stopped repairing tvs due to so many bad boards. I won't even suggest any suppliers as one i had used which had "Jimmy" in the name I had 5 bad boards in a row. A few were shown in my channel. I had good luck buying repair kits from them and repairing boards but the past few boards I ordered in for clients i had to ship back and get another one because they sell untested boards.

      I’m pretty sure they can do that, it’s called TWS (True Wireless Stereo)
      As far as I can tell if you have tow of these boards they can sync together and work as a team one outputting the left channel and the other doing the right… I’m pretty sure it even works for the AUX input by sending one channel to the other board. I haven’t theatres any of this yet but theses features are why I’m looking at this board.
