Pike fishing with single circle hooks total success

I decided to try single circle hooks dead baiting for Pike for the first time ever. These hooks have to be so much kinder on the fish and far simpler to unhook than a snap tackle. I was worried the hook up ratio would be low, but it was anything but. 3 runs on single circle hooks and 3 fish landed! 100% success. This is the way I am going from now on as anyone who has fished dead baits for pike for any length of time will have had a deep hooked fish when using snap tackles. This is a difficult situation and is not kind on the fish, so please give the single circle hooks a go, just remember, no big strike, simply wind back and lift into the fish when you feel the weight.
