Forgive me for the spam but I've been thinking of them with this song since day one and couldn't resist on starting this once I knew that the soul-slaying nails scene was coming!
For this I tried to focus more on Susu's mission and the feelings that were developed along the way and in the end her betrayal. I'm not even ready for the tower scene, their wedding night already broke me!!!

I'm super excited for the tower scene because he will then realize that Xiwu loved him enough to die for him.
This is heartbreaking.. they both have their shortcomings. Tantai Jin is heartless, so is Susu. From the very beginning she followed the ultimate path she was supposed to take: get rid of TTJ and kill him for good so he won't become a threat to her loved ones in the present life. She wavered, yes, but because she did not believe he is anything good, she strengthened her resolve to kill him with all she got. Tantai Jin is heartless, but he can forsake the world to have her. They just never met in the middle. Staying with him and living a happy life would have ended all their struggles, but where's the fun in that without the betrayals and tragedy, right? 😅
Why do people call him heartless? He never felt heartless to me...Actually quite the opposite. He was always craving desperately for love. Yes, he was born not capable of knowing what love or emotions are, but his actions never were near heartless to me. He harmed those people who also harmed him. And those hypocrites called him heartless for that...
@@cany1993 Tantai Jin is heartless. Xiao Lin never abused him and he killed him. He killed Xiao Lin by using the woman he claims to love. Tantai Jin KILLED the only person who defended him when he was a hostage prince, and that's heartless. Poor Xiao Lin.
That was the only bad thing he actually did and he regretted it. He never really wanted to kill Xiao Lin.
And if you can't remember... Xiao Lin tried to kill Tantai Jin first. He wanted to assassinate him... So if Xiao Lin had succeeded, would you have called him heartless as well?

@@noemicp Have you even watched the episode because Xiao Lin himself was the one who told TanTai Jin to kill him and yes Xiao Lin never abused TanTai Jin but he didn't abused TanTai Jin because he loved him or because he cared about him because Xiao Lin never loved or cared about TanTai Jin, Xiao Lin kept TanTai Jin alive because he was afraid that if something happens to TanTai Jin then a war is going to start and Xiao Lin's family and people are going to die and also Xiao Lin's father and Xiao Lin himself started a war against TanTai Jin and no matter what TanTai Jin said to Xiao Lin to stop him Xiao Lin never listened to him and a lot of Xiao Lin's people died because of this and Xiao Lin only stopped when he realised that he lost.... Yes, Xiao Lin didn't told TanTai Jin to control Ye Xiwu/ Li SuSu to kill to kill him but Xiao Lin was the one who told TanTai Jin to kill him so no TanTai Jin wasn't heartless because if TanTai Jin want to kill Xiao Lin, he has a lot of opportunities to do before but he didn't, he killed Xiao Lin when Xiao Lin told TanTai Jin to do it!!!!

As someone who has been watching Asian TV series and movies for a long time, I can say that it was definitely the best Chinese TV series I have watched. Both the subject matter and the actors acted very well. There were less passionate scenes in the series compared to other series, but I felt the love they experienced deep down and this was true love, I watched it non-stop. And I finished this clip, one of the best clips describing them...
I don't like how everyone blames her like since the beginning her motive was clear it was to kill him to save the world but she had a change of heart and wanted to protect and love him she did that many times forgot the past even got the evil eye for him her sacrifices are clear
What did he do for her?! He believed she wanted to kill him and instead of investigating the case he was blinded by jealousy used her as a puppet to kill someone dear to her (honestly that's All he wanted since the start) xiao lin was the closest to her in her past life too it's harsh what he made her do is that his unconditional love ?! Don't take his misfortunes and past hurdlers and Puch it on her it's not her fault the world treated him like that but she gave him warmth and made him love it's The greatest gift

When you think about, they were never going to be happy in this life because they could never trust each other. Li Susu still has the trauma of watching him murder her family, everytime he does something morally questionable she had flashbacks of that day, which doesn't allow her to trust him. Tantai Jin believes she is Ye Xiwu, the woman who loved Xiao Lin and because he couldn't be with him, took her anger on Tantai Jin for months, until she magically had a personality change. I mean, how could he trust his abuser? They both have prejudices against each other. Yes, he decided to love her and want to marry her anyway BUT his love seems more like an obsession. I don't blame him completely of this, because he started to have feelings recently so he doesn't have emotinal intelligence. An emotional intelligent person, who loves someone but believes they love another, they would let them go BUT NOOO!!! HE MADE HER MURDER HER FRIEND, BY MAKING HER A PUPPET AND TAKING HER AGENCY AWAY!!!! At that moment, he reinforced her prejudices against him.
Yes, I'm defending Li Susu became I saw a lot of people putting the blame only on her and that bothers me. None of them are blameless in this, they learnt nothing from Ming Ye and Sang Jiu's tragic love story. They saw how lack of communication doomed them and they decided to lack communication too, WHAT COULD GO WRONG??!!!!!! THEIR RELATIONSHIP WAS NEVER GOING TO WORK LIKE THIS!!!!

Congrats Ye Xiwu on making him fall harder on the evil path.
Because of the future she saw and experienced she was not able to take into account the present and to trust him. Thus she gave him the deepest cut by making him rely on her and fall in love in her, only to betray him.
And she even failed to kill him but injured him badly enough to 1) give him constant pain (which isn't good for sanity) and 2) bring his death - and so his transformation in the Devil God, even closer.
While I am sorry for her, I am way more sorry for him. Go, raise hell Tantai Jin, that's why I'm here for from the beginning.
Yeah, I agree. All she did (or was trying to do!) in the past led him further into the evil path. He is constantly begging for her unconditional love... it is actually painful to see. I know he is not a saint but was so hurt by everyone that he does not trust anybody and that's the main problem...but c'mon in the last ep with him saying that after all she did he is not capable of killing her...my heart literally broke into pieces 🥺🥺🥺

I feel sorry more for TTJ as he was just craving for the love from the one who taught him how to love( but it was for the mission). Even YXW took her own life and exchange for his devil bone, I still feel she did it just for the mission & saved the rest.
She never confessed & even told him she never loved or never wanna meet again. But can understand her as it would be hard to admit that she fell in love with her enemy, knowing the whole story. However, I still believe TTJ would even allow her to take his life if she loved him truly & told him the truth. He fell so hard to such an extent.

Great edit, as usual. You make the best edits on all of my favorite dramas. I was waiting for this one. Ironically she did what Sang Jiu did. She didn't trust him enough. But in her case, Tantai Jin is not weak like Ming Ye. He would have listened and understood. I am team Tantai Jin even if he becomes the devil God. His "But I still love you" broke me. Btw I wanted to ask where you get Raw episodes for this drama for creating MV because I found them to be hard-subbed everywhere.
