Holly Y if you already know how to play Holding Onto You, the switchovers are easy, they just take time of getting used to the song and how it’s supposed to sound, what sections are coming up next. for the double ups on snare, i do LR(Snare) and L(Hihat) to bring it back without putting too many beats on one hand.
personally, just study and watch what he does and recreate it to the best of your ability slowly until it sounds like it makes sense.
