Why do I learn English?
Because I wanted to have a better and happier life
I’m 20 years
I was born in a pretty poor family
my parents couldn’t afford me for education.
So I had to quit school after graduation of middle school then I started working since 15 in the restaurant and my salary was so little ( 8k - 9k ) then I thought if I have just only this education I would be working and earning this amount of money for the rest of my life and wouldn’t be able to get even minimum wage .So I didn’t know what to do and I was a bit depressed of myself as well then I found hotel jobs they don’t care about your degree if you can speak English and salary is more higher than the restaurant I worked so I went and applied but I got rejected because I couldn’t speak English after that a few weeks I found your channel this “English room” it’d completely changed my life.
I started to watch and learn it was so hard at first but now it’s been 3 years and I learned a lot from this “ English room “ and now I work in 5 star hotel in Bangkok and I can earn ( 25k-30k ) per month with my 20years old and วุฒิม.3 . Thanks for reading 🎃

พี่ลูกกอล์ฟเค้าเก่งเรื่องการพูดจริง ๆ แต่ไม่เก่งด้านการเป็นผู้ฟังเลย
มีการเตือนหลายครั้งมากกกก ทั้งจากรายการ English Room, พุธทอร์คพุธโทร, The standard แนะแนว รวมทั้งรายการพาเธอกลับบ้าน ที่แขกหลักคือพี่พีช แต่ก็นั้นแหละ เหมือนเดิม
ทุกครั้งพี่ลูกกอล์ฟจะบอกว่า จะปรับตัว จะแก้ไข แต่สุดท้ายก็เหมือนเดิม ต่อไปคงไม่คาดหวังละ
พี่ปรับตัวอยู่เสมอ ไม่ต้องกังวัลค่ะ หลายครั้งพี่หงุดหงิดตัวเอง เมื่อเห็นงานออกมา หนูไม่ได้หงุดหงิดอยู่คนเดียวนะคะ ขอบคุณสำหรับความเห็นนะคะ 🙏
ปกติเปิดดูคลิปพี่ลูกไม่ค่อยได้อ่านคอมเม้นเลย นี่ตามมาจากทวิตเตอร์แล้วรู้สึกว่าพี่ลูกเหนื่อยกับฟีตแบคอะไรหรือเปล่าถึงเลิกทำ เลยอยากจะบอกพี่ลูกว่า ในฐานะผู้ชมอีกคนหนึ่งที่ไม่เคยออกเสียง คอมเม้นใดๆ เรากลับคิดว่าพี่ลูกเป็นผู้ฟังที่ดีมากเลยนะ ยิ่งในพุทธทอล์คพุทธโธ พี่ลูกวิเคราะห์ผู้พูดและให้คำแนะนำได้ดีมากเลย เราแทบไม่ได้ฟังพุทธทอล์คพุทธโธในเทปที่ไม่มีพี่ลูก เราเห็นตอนที่พี่ลูกพลาดตอนเหนื่อยๆ พี่ลูกก็ออกมาขอโทษอะไรไปแล้วประมาณหนึ่ง ในรายการภาษาก็เช่นกัน เราอาจจะไม่เห็นสิ่งที่คนอื่นมองเห็น
แต่อย่างไรก็ตามอยากให้พี่ลูกมีกำลังใจ ไม่อยากให้พี่ลูกตีความคอมเม้นในคลิปนี้ว่าพี่ลูกไม่ใช่ผู้ฟังที่ดีเลยตลอดเวลาที่ผ่านๆมา ทั้งๆที่อาจจะผิดพลาดไปบ้าง แค่นี้พี่ลูกเจ๋งมากๆแล้ว ในฐานะครูสอนภาษาและดีเจพี่ลูกก็ได้รับความชื่นชมมากกว่าคำติติงหลายเท่าและมีจุดยืนทางการสอนเกินมาตรฐานไปไกลมาก และยิ่งไกลมากคนก็อาจจะคาดหวังมากละมั้ง ยังไงขอให้อย่าหมดกำลังใจน้า เราเชื่ออยู่แล้วว่าพี่ลูกเป็นคนไม่หยุดนิ่งในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา ไม่งั้นจะเป็นครูที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจมาขนาดนี้ได้ยังไงจริงมั้ย สู้ๆเนาะพี่ลูก กอดดดดด
ปล. แต่ส่วนเรื่องรางวัล ส่วนตัวเราไม่ค่อยติดอ่ะ ไม่เห็นรู้สึกว่าอวดเลย ความตั้งใจน่าจะแค่ว่าอยากมาแชร์ว่าได้รางวัลแล้วเป็นตัวแทนประเทศไปฟังการเรียนภาษาในสากลโลกอะไรแบบนี้ แต่อาจจะเปิดตั้งแต่ต้นคลิบแล้วไม่ได้แทรกเข้าคอนเทนท์หรือเปล่า มันเลยอาจจะรู้สึกแปลกๆ แบบมาถึงก็เริ่มเรื่องตัวเองไรงี๊

เอาน่าาาาา ก็พี่เขาทั้งสอนทั้ง encourage ให้คนไทยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบไม่กลัวมาตั้งนาน เขาได้รางวัลมาก็ให้เขาเจียดเวลาเล็กน้อย ให้พวกเราและแขกรับเชิญร่วมยินดีกับความพยายามเขาด้วยกันเท่านั้นแหละ
Why do I learn English?
I would proudly say that is because of P'Lookgolf. He teaches us not only English but also how we can be confident to speak and be open-minded to listen those who try to be good at English as us. We can be confident and never forget to be kind as well.

Great episode. ปกติจะไม่ค่อยหยุดไปดูคำศัพท์ แต่เทปนี้ต้องกดย้อน ๆ เพราะแต่ละคำเทพมาก.
เหตุที่เรียนอังกฤษ เพราะ อยู่บ้านนอกมากๆ ภาษาอังกฤษแทบจะไม่รู้ด้วยว่ามันคือภาษา พอได้เรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมันก็ยิ่งยากและน่าเบื่อ จนวันที่มองเห็นความสำคัญ และความหลงใหลในการเรียนภาษา ด้วยความที่ยากจน ต้องเรียนเองลองผิดลองถูก ความฝันฉันต้องไปอังกฤษให้ได้

This's one of my favourite episode!!! Love P'Nina.
I've been observing this channel but she is the guest speaker ( the one and only) who I spent time watching and kind of love her ways in expressing the ideas and her level of lanuguage. She used different word choices that sounded sophisticated ( super) i.e. self-indulged, experimental, reflective ( experiences she witnessed the first hand), accomodating, reasonable, design a product per se, internal perspective, top down point of views, contextual, ...love the words..unraval idiosyncrasy ...very very sophisticated word uses in the casual manner....I could say charming...
Ps. The opening of the show is kind of misleading...it tried to connect the dots by the uses of learning experiences but ended up with making audiencs confused as it higlighted the award...way way too much!

My reason for learning English is so simple. Because it opens my world.
So I learn English because I believed that the language would bring me to get a good job but now it’s more than that. Cus, I can see how big this world is. Saying “Love Loukgolf” ( from Laos)
I remembered when I was an exchange student for work and travel and worked at Sea world in Florida. A man with British accent asked for a cup of ice, and all of the Native speakers didn’t understand him, and the old man had to repeat himself several times, and I was the first one who could actually catch what he said as a Thai person learning both British and American English. The man was upset, walked away and said “thought you guys spoke English .” Lol 😂 it was so hilarious.

ตอนนี้ อายุ 21 ปี เรียนไป ทำงานไป
และเก็บเงินไปเรียนรู้โลกด้วยตัวเอง ที่ สิงคโปร์, the uk , japan , soul คนเดียว และอนาคต ผมต้องไปเรียนรู้โลกที่อื่นๆอีก สนุกมาก ตื่นเต้นมาก

For me there are many reasons to learn English; the first one is I want to get more knowledge when I interest in something I am able to find out it both in Thai and English so I found that sometime it's totally different information.The second is opportunities to get better job. And the last one is I don't want to read translated books once I know English I can read it myself:)😊😊

I learn English because English is a significant medium to communicate with people around the world who have different backgrounds from me and open my mind to understand the world, people and culture that why I decided to study Anthropology, and it worth my time. There are many people in the world speak English as their second language or third language, please do not worry about making mistakes, it is normally. Practicing is the best way to improve your English skills. Do not hesitate to speak English.

สะดุดคำว่า per se มาก ฟังภาษาอังกฤษมาตั้งแต่เด็ก คำนี้ไม่เคยได้ยินเลยค่า ศัพท์ดีมากค่ะเทปนี้
สะดุด route ด้วยค่ะ รู้ว่าออกเสียงแบบนี้ก็ถูก แต่ไม่เคยได้ยินจริงๆ .. ที่ rhyming with shout ก็เป็นคำว่า router ไปเลย
จริงๆ native speakers ใช้เยอะนะคะ /มา/ด้เป็นคำแปลกใหม่อะไร แต่ประเทศไทยใช้คำอื่นที่มากกว่า เลยไม่ค่อยได้ยินคนใช้ per se เลยเหมือนศัพท์คนเรียนเพื่อสอบวัดระดับภาษา หรือศัพท์คนเรียนโท-เอกไปซะฉิบ
Route เราท์ เพิ่งเคยได้ยินคนออกเสียงแบบนี้จริงๆนะ ใช้รูทมาตลอดเลย

Even though I was born in family that no one can’t speak English. But I think I have a good effort and braveness.
I have a dream that I want to travel abroad but it’s really hard to come true cause my family not rich.
So as a Thai person,I only want to speak English for helping the foreigners that come to travel at my hometown to have a good feeling ,good memory and good experience from Thai people like I wish if I have chance to go abroad.
I wish someday Thai people will dare to speak English more than this and don’t let language is being the obstacle of the goodwill and kindness to people that i strongly believe that all people have it.

Speaking many languages is good if you like it. Language is a tool for human to communicate and make a relationship with others. I am not from a rich family either, but I have a dream. I like to travel too. I want to see the word, talk to many people, and earn my life experience. Right now, I am a stay-home mom and take care of my family.
Fortunately, you can practice English if you have internet and electronic device. In my time, I did not have a chance like yours.
