- Taken from the classic scene in Star wars Return of the Jedi. This is an awesome piece standing nearly 22" tall and 36" wide. Made mainly of polystone with additional metal and plastic components.
This has to be the best Premium Format figures that Sideshow Collectibles have ever produced.

This PF is outstanding.
Not only that, your review covers everything. Great review.
"Picnic blanket... " was the best.
Keep up the good work =)
Thanks Dino, there's so much great stuff out there at the moment, we are spoilt for choice.
THIS IS BRILLIANT! I've been eyeing on this for a while @ my local collectibles shop...
Hey Brother: Thank You for this Review. I had to watch it one more time, before I get mine Tomm. Finally found one from a Fellow Collector that was willing to part with it.
Liked solely for Vader's theme tune at the start ; ) .. Cant believe I missed this video. Thought I had seen all your vid's but noticed this in my recommendations. Great piece! Hoping to see more new vid's soon.
I always enjoy your video reviews!! That thing is awesome!! Keep up the great work!!
I'd had my eye on this piece for over a year, it's always impressed me, I'm so happy to finally get one.
Thanks Cowboy ;-)
Seeing this on video makes it look a whole lot more impressive. I just may get this since it's on sale at Sideshow.
Hell yeah...huge and very heavy!!
Thanks for the comments
This is a great piece, thanks for sharing it
I would imagine he wouldn't be too pleased ;-)
Thanks
Congratulations on picking one up :-)
Really nice statue This is one of my Favorite
This is such an amazing piece!
It's definitely my favourite PF to date.
Thanks
Fair dos, mate, that thing is mint! A beast of a piece!
Cheers Ray, I tried to pick this up about 8 months ago but the dealer let me down.
I'm so glad to finally have it.
Yeah I've had to re-organise my room to get things in. I have it on top of my DVD cabinet at the moment.
I'm going to have to order another cabinet I think....NEED MORE SPACE!!!
Cheers Mark, part 2 should be up in about an hour.
Thanks Den, I'm chuffed to bits with it, took me ages to get hold of one though.
Amazing piece!!!!
Thanks, hope you have a good new year.
Hi
I'm just getting into collecting the sideshow figures and found your channel just what I was looking for👍🏻 the speeder bike and the trooper look amazing. I'm from Birmingham you sound local. Will be enjoying the rest of your vid.
All the best jay.
Hi Jay, yes the Speeder Bike and Scout is a great PF if you can find one. Good luck.
Happy New Year from Germany
Sweet... Awaiting my Kenner speeder bke...will be stripping it for respray and any other things that need sorting.
Absolutely beautiful! It would've been a good idea to have the black column into the base made out of acrylic instead but still amazing.
The speeder bike chase was my favorite scene from the movie esp the wide, overhead shots.
Thanks for sharing!
No problem, glad you enjoyed it
@Swedencollector Thanks Andy, this is one of my favourite PF's.
@MrMcGruber You have good reason to be pumped, Carnage looks awesome!
I had a new cabinet a few months back, it goes on top next to the Wolf bust.
I will sort out a room update when I get the chance...cheers.
Look at the size of that thing !!
i hope to pick it up one day !
f0cking money !!
awesome review mate !!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it ;-)
Very cool!!
The base is the heaviest part for sure, but I suppose it has to be or it will be unbalanced.
The main body as far as I can tell is Polystone and then it's surrounded by various plastic components and a few cast metal pieces.
I wouldn't say it was lightweight but nowhere near the weight of the base, but like I say I think this was intentional to keep it stable.
Damn thats huge lol....awesome review kev. Where are you gonna put this beast...I know you gotta be running out of room lol. 5/5 stars...now on to part 2
@republicfan98 No you have to use the centre bar to hold it up
Yes Rocky they have it at play
I agreed with you.def. the best PF figure its so huge.we need a PF luke on taun taun;)
I these days Sideshow are being overshadowed by the competition. I sad but we don't see epic pieces like this anymore from Sideshow.
@evil2392 Cheers, glad you liked it ;-)
@diamondjo The Talon PF is a good looking piece, you should be very pleased with it when it arrives ;-)
It's well worth making space for Niko :-)
@michaelcabrera Thanks, glad you enjoyed it ;-)
Cheers Taylor ;-)
It's a beast alright!
Cheers:-)
Hope you are pleased with it.
@RobotOnLine thats really good to know and can the speeder be put in to landing position with the legs down
very cool!!!
You bet.
@Verithiell I think you might be getting mixed up with Hot Toys, Sideshow's PF's are made from polystone.
It's my favourite PF, make sure you have the space for it :-)
These go for around £400 - £500
You could try Forbidden Planet or direct from Sideshow.
Excellent review. I picked this one up last weekend for a decent price on account of the boxes not being included. You have to be insane to throw out the box for this one IMO. Unless you intend on keeping it for life which obviously the original owner of mine did not. It takes 3 well informed close friends to transport this in all its pieces from one place to another without any damage. Never been so nervous in my life.
You did well finding one and especially one intact if it didn't have the box lol
How much did you pay mate ?
it's rally aweome.
It's my favourite PF :)
Nice video...I put hottoys sandtrooper on it and the new hansolo santrooper disguise version also looks good on the bike.
Sean Yi You put 1:6 scale figures on this and they fit! 😊
RobotOnLine how much did you pay for the set? I think I might still have a brand new bike somewhere in my boxes!
Sean Yi £399 UK pounds
RobotOnLine good price for the set...probably cannot even pay for the bike with that much money.I saw you have some hottoys collectibles which I mainly collect.Statues take too much room. :( I sold most of mine.
Thanks, I need to get a bigger room though ;-)
@ridervillian ok but as for this one, aint the scout trooper figure a 1/6th scale one?
Sure is!
Thats a real nice piece, it does look very fragile..
haha.that intro;).
@Fastbikkel Cheers mate
Very good review and clear pictures! Is the head made from polystone? What about the gloves...made from rubber?
Gracias
Cheers Nico >:)
Yeah mine too.
Thanks
Great piece. I see an orb at 4.45 to the left of the screen.
@RobotOnLine nopes, I mean Star Wars 1/6 figures from Star Wars Militaries collection that sideshow produces in association with hot toys.
I don't even think about buying PFs since they are slightly too expensive for me.
@TheBlitz1 For that you have to have IMAGINATION. Not everybody has it.
Just purchased the Probe Droid. A fantastic piece!
TK/tb-41066, out...
I Hope you get one someday, you won't be disappointed if you do.
Thanks
@TheBlitz1 He's leaning back to shoot behind him, why does that not work?
LOL LOL......I was the barber :-)
No problem :-)
@thedarkknight081
Thank you ;-)
@TheBlitz1 ...and if the enemy is behind?
For a great deal of folk the light Saber has them to the point where as they have just about built real ones. I think the scene when Obi give's Luke his first Saber triggers it. For me the speeder bikes have done it. Its cool to be a jedi ,But in Truth Im a biker scout. My DH/freeride Bike , My body Armor and my style of riding is all rooted from the scene in the film.
...in future videos you should show the boxes that all your items comes in...i assume they would be very colorful/artful boxes...
Do you order directly from Sideshow or go elsewhere(ebay, etc.) when you purchase these? Sideshow is always soldout it seems...
@whitebeard28 Both videos have exactly the same track at the begining (The Imperial March) but TH-cam blocks part 2 in certain countries - sorry :(
@MrArtistify I have a video on here of my savers but I don't display them.
No I won't be selling anything.
Awesome model mate. Where's the URL though?
@legoboy108 I picked this up from Play
Not sure if anyone has told you, but the back belt piece is a thermal detonator. Stormtroopers also have a version of this on their armour. And it should be noted that the white side cases lay down flat on his hips like holsters, not up above or on the belt. Check a screen version or action figure to see what I mean. You also need to make the back poncho more round, like a sleeping bag. Not to nitpick or be critical, just trying to give you the more realistic look.
I have the newly released version. The handlebars are plastic, not metal. And now the newer biker scout has the original boot holster to hold the blaster. The Scout himself has far mudder and far more detailed boots. The rest appears the same, but I am sure they might be more?
Great review!
Only a true Star Wars fan would know these details, thank you.
Cheers mate!
Dust free-ish lol
Some still seems to get through the gaps in the cabinet.
Where do you get all of these?
is the bike removebal from the stand plz respond
@johnnyr2525
You won't be disapointed.
Don't break anything setting it up, take your time and keep well out of reach of kids! :-)
holy fuck thats huge
@republicfan98 Yes the bike can be removed
@algucci Go for you won't regret it!
A clear tube holding the speeder up would have been better and the base could have been made into a log, well that's how it should have been in my opinion....awesome piece regardless
@pizzasnail98 Me too :) thanks.
love it !i sub you man cool acsent duude
Yeah you need to be real careful setting him.
Thanks ;-)
impresionante
i have a flea market selling this sealed for 50$..is that a pretty good deal ?
It was from play but they've now sold out.
@RobotOnLine XD,i thought so LOL
@spaceman022 LOL :-) YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES BUY IT!!
Remember to dust off the fleas when you get it ;-)
I get them from a local UK supplier (play)
Thanks
