my husband and i started going to DE summer of 2020, because we couldnt go anywhere out of the country because of covid! I remember the day i got diagnosed with cancer was the day we went. Went down to dewey beach, outlet mall, and stayed around there for a wkend. Went back again 2021 three wkends, staying in the same area. Lots of restos to eat! Went to eat at La tonalteca. Delicious! Didn't go in 2022, but went back again this past wkend back to dewey, drove around middletown, and drove back to dover to stay for the night! Middletown DE is nice, quaint, and clean! If only you guys had an airport, i would move there in a heartbeat! If we moved there, we'd have to get used to pronouncing Newark "Noo-wark" as supposed to "Nork"!! Hahahhahah!!! We're from north jersey, we can't help it! Lol!! Also, i know you're not into pastas, but my husband is italian and italian restos are a big deal! They're in every corner here in jersey! Need to find a good bagel place in DE too!! A take-out chinese place... an asian market is a MUST---- really important!!
Hey Zach, just came across your channel, you didn't miss a brat in anything ,i moved us to Smyrna in 2018 from Philadelphia, savings from philly wage tax and cheaper car insurance puts $8K in my pocket, $40k so far
I’m from Philly( hence the 215 in my handle) and have a goal to buy a house. After doing my research, I will be moving to Delaware. I go to Claymont and Wilmington at least once a week anyway. But taxes in Pa is out of control and there most certainly is a housing shortage in Philly ( thanks New Yorkers) Thank God for Delaware because I can still keep my job in Pa thanks to 202 but live so much cheaper than Pa.

I’m like 90 percent sure I’m moving to Delaware with my wife after I’m out of the army I fell in love with when I visited my wife’s uncles in frederica 🙏 I would so buy a house for me and my wife .
