Im slowly wading my way in with all these LA buddy comics.. This show is so great, because of the consistency to format and production, cranking out new ones, and the live audience connection.. And the enormous aspect of chance and circumstance for the hosts, guests and contestants.. Fiinally, the band is totally quick, on the spot and just funny.. And the character gimmick is great.. Blows anything late night on the networks out of the water!
And what say you now disco fiend? The show having landed at the mothership many many many miles removed from the raw beauty of these earlier days? Is it spoiled like cream or aged like good wine?
That show was so hard to watch. It didn't seem like Tony was having fun and the entire show came off weird and unpleasant. I still love this show but sometimes it's just getting through it so u can watch the next one.

There's something special about watching someone bomb. I enjoy it more than most perfect sets. The tension, the sudden loss of confidence apparent in the delivery. I'd watch a bomb over a kill any day.

ventura/oxnard really is a beautiful place. I miss it greatly. if youre there, cherish every moment! I pulled into a gas station soon as I got in ventura. was 17 years old, just moved there, a super hot middle age blonde at the pump next to me saw my out of state plates and said "welcome to paradise" looking back on it, man she was right. that area is paradise. the beaches, the farms, the mountains, the river, everything, its paradise

You can understand my Chicago'ian excitement when I heard that KILL TONY is coming to Thalia Hall which is less than a fucking minute walk from my apartment. Looking forward to hopefully meeting the guys. Redban-- I got a GH5 and a Sony A6300. If you need some extra hands or whatever additional filming support I'd be more than happy to donate to the cause
