Mam class size is 11...
In the video example,the class intervals are exclusive, which means the upper limit is excluded from each class interval, so class size 'h' = upper limit- lower limit= 10-0= 10... If it was inclusive class interval say, 0-10,11- 21,22-32...
Then h will be 11,because upper limit is included in each class interval.

Total 40 comes from where
The total frequency is already given in the question....to find 2 frequencies,the median and total frequency will be given..pls let me know if you have any questions..
