The one thing I never ever understood in the whole IDW run was this whole Foot Clan/Japan, spirit Shredder history it just seemed to confuse me as I could never make sense of it. After watching all 4 of these just now. I TOTALLY GET IT :D :D :D Brilliant videos, it was like watching a proper show. I've got all 10 collections so far as well. AMAZING :D
The voice acting for these videos are always so perfect special mention to the voice of shredder, it has a very 90's movie shredder sound to it and I really dig it. Honestly these are almost like watching an animated film sometimes. Keep up the great work guys! Hope to see more in the future.

I remember that they wanted to make the Shredder connected to the Ninja Turtles origins and in doing so they made him an Utrom for that, there were a lot of ways they can connect the Shredder to the Ninja Turtles origins in 2003 but did they have to make him an Utrom for that. I think IDW did a better job into connecting the Shredder to the Ninja Turtles origins then how 2003 did in my opinion.

While i actually loved shredder being an actual alien this new more human origin i might actually prefer. The reincarnation aspect is really working for me. In th the 2012 show shredder was human but he just wanted to kill splinter because he believes splinter stole his girl. In 2003 he wanted revenge against his entire race for imprisoning him. But this is so much more
@@4getmenot182 IDW Shredder will always be my no.1. favorite Shredder and I do like 2012 Shredder because the guy is over powerful he took down Leatherhead and a Triceraton and he's human plus he's my no.2. favorite, I wasn't too much of a fan of Utrom Shredder because well I like him only in the 1st season where he felt like he was some sort of dark Batman/David Xanatos kinda villain but after revealing to be an Utrom and the Shredder is a robot it didn't work for me nor the Tengu and the Cyber Shredder they should had made one Shredder only and made him human instead and have the Utrom Shredder idea just be a dark version of Krang instead. I always said that the IDW villains like Slash, Bebop and Rocksteady and Krang always makes me feel that these are how they should have been like if they had appear in the 2003 series.
Actually in a 2003 TMNT the developers didn't want to connect him with the turtles. He did not even know who they are especially Splinter. The only story that he had to Splinter is that he killed his master in order to know where the other Utrom are located. In certain parts of the show they wanna to following the main stories in the Mirage comics but as you know The Shredder didn't last that long in the comic. Turning him into a Utrom was surprising to all of us but I guess the creator wanted Shredder to last as long in the series. He also wanted to have an exclamation into why Leonardo cut off his head in a supposedly kids animated series. So that little twist it was to throw the fans off and keep The Shredder in the series. In my opinion that reveal he was Utrom name Che'rell really worked because to this day he truly known as the best iconic Shredder ever and really made the 03 TMNT series very popular.
To the cast and crew you guys really uped the ante and stepped the game up with this season. I really enjoyed every minute of it, and it is time to binge watch not only the 1st season..the 2nd season as well. Thank you everyone for all the hours all of you to make this happen. It really does put a smile on my face and makes me think this is one of many reasons why I love tmnt so much. Bring on season 3!! COWABUNGA!!!!!

The most astonishing thing to the professor is that someone else can read Japanese. For April, it is reincarnated ninja. Mutant turtles, no big deal.
I really appreciate the amount of effort you put into your videos, the quality here in unmatched anywhere else. I will say however the intros to your videos should be changed. The first 90 seconds are just random images from different issues, I would understand the long intro if they were credits, but they're not. It's just something we have to skip every time. The video should start showing the art cover and give credit to the director. It will drastically increase the overall enjoyment of your videos.
I actually like the intro to these amazing stories. It give a great justice to these entries and feel like I'm watching a TV series. It's just my opinion. If you don't like it just skip it every time, but for the rest of us who do we appreciate it.
