This was my first RC car since I got into RC a few months back! Loved the speed for such a small package. For those that want even more speed, A979B is the way.
I love the way you drive the truck. Most of the reviewers drive it always full throttle and crash. It's nice to see the truck's operating like if I bought it.

I think for a starter car the non-B is a good place to start. 😃
I bet if you swapped out the axle bushings for bearings you would get 50kph and a little more run time out of it.
Just a little work on the front end alignment and those run a lot straighter.

Yeah It's awesome and very quick for a 390 brushed out the box, makes the HBX 16889 and other similar sized trucks look slow lol. May go brushless on this one later on! 😎👍🍻🇦🇺
These are great, I have the a959b, a969b and a979b and they are some of my favorite rc's. I really like the colors on that body better than the red and white of the b version. 👍🍻

Yeah its a awesome little truck and quick for a 390 motor, i think it would probably hit 50kph on the fave stretch of road i go to, will have to try later. Maybe I shoulda got this truck for my 9 year old son for Christmas.. But then again.. might be a bit too fast for him. I got him a 9125 and it's all wrapped sitting under the tree for him. I can't wait until he opens it. 😁
9125 is a Awesome choice, its very durable and hes gonna love it.

I have a question, is the original transmitter good for slow driving? I don't want to crash this thing you know, money is hard to come by.
Yes the controls are fully proportional so you can drive it very slow or as fast as you like by pressing the throttle trigger on the remote
How's the slop on the wheels? Mine wobbles
Yes they all have the same slop in the wheels, quick trick to fix that is get some small springs that fit in the diff cups, I use springs out of a pen 🖊 and cut em into short springs, you will see a huge difference and the truck will track heaps straighter on full throttle! 👍 thanks for watching

Yes for sure, it's still and will be a popular and great little rc truck
@@PERTHWESTOZRC it's already the most popular reviewed rc car I've ever seen with over 1k plus reviews and 10k plus likes and that's cause it's really old tech model from 2014 but I would only buy if I can get this for 50 bucks and giving more than that is not justified now cause there's better options I see now from other brands like mjx, jjrc, etc
