    i am about to invest in dubai real estate this will be my first apartment. Do you think dubai south is a good choice or is there other areas i should be looking at. I am looking for 1 bedroom under 250k usd

    Dubai is city which moves forward,there was a pause for few years due to recession,or else DWC by now would have been handling 150 million passengers.but everything has the time.i have seen DXB growing from just T1 and T2 to CA,CB,CC,CD,T2 and AMIA just in 17 years.This is what the leaders and their vision of UAE and dubai distinguished from leaders of other countries.

      For living forget it...., imagine that ive been offered to buy AN apartment in Expo City. One bedroom , about 80 square meters at more than 400.000 euros,,!!!!! Are they crazy.???? You can find the same price /square meter in Marina ,!!!.. which is absolutely a Prime Area!!, all this doesnt make sense..😩😩😩🤨🤨🤨😏😏😏😏😏
