Wealth is when your passive income funds your lifestyle. If you have active income and you get let go you no longer have a stream of income. With passive income you have more control and can pivot to something else because you’ve gained back your time you can then learn other ways to diversify your cash flow.

Then you can start with your side hustles. $1,000 in the bank won't get you much these days. You should probably have already done this before you get married.

The better benefits of Term vs Whole vs Universal Life insurance depends on the INDIVIDUAL. If Term is better for YOU, then have a Term policy, but only YOU and your ADVISOR\AGENT can decide that. Personally, I have both a Term and a Universal Life policy. My Term is 10 years, with about half of them left. I'm 30. I don't intend to extend my Term policy for another 10 years after, but I do intend to still have a life insurance policy until the day I day. At least 1.

Thank you Darius & Carmen for us helping think differently about our Wealth. Like B and Jay said in one of their songs from Everything Is Love album, "Got that dinero on my mind". You got that abundance vibe going! Truly grateful about finding your channel.

You guys are absolutely right about the credit cards.
Credit in general comes down to rather or not if one can afford their available credit. You just stated it different, but means the same.
If one can afford to repay the debt, than credit cards is a good thing as long as your self disciplined enough to NOT change your spending habit after you recieve a new credit card. Example, before you recieved credit cards, you were spending 1/3 of your net income. After recieving credit cards, only charge the equivalent of the 1/3 each month you already spend. Your only substituting what you use to spend in cash, to now using your credit cards, but your not increasing your spending habit.
    You need good credit!!!

I “own 3 banks”. I was blessed to know Nelson “Nellie” Nash personally & he trained me. I don’t sell but invest or better said build a legacy. Velocity of $ in your CV/PUSis key. You’ve got to read his (Nellie) book 5x! Retrain your brain. Key here is properly structured policy with good dividend paying mutual life co. Like mass, guardian, AUL & others. You must become a student of Nellie’s work or IBC. Live WELL below your means! Be counter Cultural! Reply with questions I’m old & have been doing this to where my son will never need the evil banksters or help the illegal & unconstitutional federal reserve. Thanks Hamp

Just seeing this video! Great advice. I need to shout out my English teacher in high school, he taught us about life. He told us we were about to go out in the world we didn't need English lessons we needed life lessons. He told us if we were to use a credit card, make sure you have the money to pay it off when the bills came. Not to use the card willy-nilly, be mindful on spending. I always kept that in mind when purchasing things.... again, great advice! Keep up the videos!!!

The order loans and credit cards should be paid is by the lowest Cash Flow Index (CFI) to the highest. Cash Flow Index = Total amount borrowed / Minimum committed payment. If the number is closer to 0 (inefficient) pay that one before paying the one that is closer to 100 (efficient).
    Examples:
    Credit Card- $10k @ 17% ($141.66 per month) CFI = 70.59___Pay this one first
    Mortgage- $115k @ 7% ($670.83 per month) CFI = 171.4___Pay this one last
    Personal Loan- $20k @ 12% ($200 per month) CFI = 100___Pay this one second
Of course that's the best personal loan we will never see because most loans, in my experience, have a CFI of near 30 and my credit cards are closer to 50. Crushing the loan first, in this situation, will produce better cash flow.

Great Message…Love listening to you both make it so plain. Thank you for being a great financial power couple🙏 I am sooo onboard with IBC & love that you're sharing this important concept! Are you aware of the cashflow concept using IULs where you take 80% loan for 7 yrs & 100% 8+ years? I believe everyone should have the best of both worlds. Hope you'll talk about that at some point?
