Ten years ago, my father lived in the Boston area. There is a significant Haitian population in the area. I met so many lovely Haitian people working in the hospital and rehab centers. Wonderful ladies that worked as CNA's and aides, bathing and taking care of people. They made my father laugh on a regular basis, so friendly and loving. I was so thankful for the care he received in the last months of his life.
