Hi Vicky! FUN Project… It is LOVELY… My collection arrived and I spent time yesterday going through all the items. This is the first collection that I purchased the ‘collectables’ pad as I’m not a big fan of fussy cutting (so I get extra die cuts / ephemera packs) but just flipping through it I could see just how useful it will be by being able to choose the direction of the element as well as getting additional larger elements to work with. I finally purchased the resin you use a while ago but haven’t made time to actually use it yet so I am looking forward to tackling that challenge - the adorable cottage is top on my list to try. I love the addition of dogs in the collection and love the doors & windows and additional hot air balloons. You chose the perfect words for your little scenes in your exploding box, especially “imagination” for the one with the jars as big as the house. I’m struggling a bit with so many elements to choose from within each collection and how to mix & match them into layouts so I need a Vicky video marathon to jumpstart my creativity again out of collage and back into my normal art journaling which is very much like your style. And… maybe today is a good day to wander through my own completed art journals to remind myself that I DO know what to do, I just need to not overthink it and just play.
