So I have product in China that is not yet been shipped, Somehow I run into some issues on Amazon regarding to its Certification for CARB, the product is air ionizer. I am thinking about the worst case scenario and that is to cancel the product, Unfortunately I already paid for it. Now, is it still possible for me to get any of my money back and apply for refund? I know that might not so good to the supplier but that could be my last possible option. Any advice to my issue? Thanks and hoping to hear from you soon.

Hi Jing, I’m trying to start a small business but my courier service doesn’t support pick ups for the EXW. Please does the FOB price ship to a warehouse? or only sea/airports.
Hi Benita, EXW price, means your courier need to pick up the goods from factory's warehouse. And FOB price means supplier will ship the goods to the port, and your courier need to pick up them at prot then ship to you.
@@benitadaniel6664 The supplier will confirm where they will ship to but you have to get details. If you give your US warehouse address, ask supplier if they cover full shipping costs from their door to your warehouse door, and this is called the DDP price. The FOB and EXW prices do not include the separate costs you'll have to pay to outside parties like Fedex or something so your products reach end destination/your warehouse. I had the same kind of questions until I watched this video. I had to rewind a few times to understand but very informative! Thanks so much @Jingsourcing
Do you mean courier like FedEX that a big company will pick up cargo at supplier's warehouse in China, and deliver all the way to your home? If yes, then ask supplier quote you product in ExW term.
