I realize I called this knife the Bruin several times throughout the video: my bad lol this is the Sharpfinger.
I reviewed the Bruin a couple months ago and had the name stuck in my head. Hopefully it’s not too distracting 😬
Great video 📹 👍!!!
I like the style of blade-would be curious how it holds up with the burned tip. Definitely needs a new compact sheath
@@wingardwearables it makes me wanna take the design to a knife maker and get a custom Sharpfinger made lol
Wow 😢
Yeah, pretty disappointing. Thankfully the second one has been performing alright for testing so far
I have the generational bruin and even though the 1095 cuts great I have blade play up and down and a little side to side. Its annoying.
That does sound annoying. The one I had was super solid lockup with no play at all.
@@justified_edc being a lock back I’m confident enough to use it because I don’t really hard use my knives. But sucks that I can’t or don’t know how to fix it.
@@MAGR1994 this probably voids the warranty, but you can always take something soft like a piece of leather, place it over the pinned pivot and give it a few taps with a ball peen hammer. That’s really the only way to adjust the pivot on a pinned knife without taking it completely apart
@@justified_edc thanks. Im not worried about the warranty 🤣 so I will try it.
Return for the Chinese version... I'm sad its like this
Honestly I might grab the Chinese version as a comparison just to make a point
USA made isn't what it used to be
In a lot of cases this is unfortunately true
