An all-round board can definitely be used to explore a little. The reason you would go for a touring shape is because it will paddle faster which means you can paddle for longer on the water and get to those places a little further away. But if you are exploring close by, an all-round board is suitable too. Hope this helps. Beau
So im kind of new to SUP, however i'm in love and would love to start doing some touring however I'm not too sure where i can learn about the water types and water safety when out at sea. Where can i learn all this stuff?
