Hey man awesome vid, I decided to get the XSR 700 and I pick it up next week, it happens to be the same color as yours, so now you got me going on upgrades already!
I'm guessing the loss of performance with the SC could also be from lack of restriction in the pipe as opposed to too much. Either extreme can cause issues
The mirror is a motogadget classic mirror, and I picked it up from revzilla. There is a link in the description for them. I'd recommend the bigger stem, the 150mm one that I have doesn't quite place the mirror far enough out for me
Awesome mods. Is your flyscreen light smoke or dark smoke? Also, does it effectively shield the wind at highway speeds? The last one I got pushed the wind up to my helmet.
It is the light smoke, and for me it does a pretty good job at highway speeds. I do feel a bit at the top of my helmet, but it's not a turbulent feeling. It makes a big difference in my opinion
Totally agree, changed mine to k-tech cartridge fork innards an rear shock. Like you say different bike. Mind you, my wallet is £1,300 lighter. 😪 worth every penny 👍🍺
Wow it’s literally the ugliest xsr700 I have ever seen. It’s an ugly and nonsense combination of modern and classic parts… But hey, as soon as you like it…
Great vid bro !
Will consider the handlebars, like your detailed explanation about each mod, pointing out the results.
Just picked up my 21 XSR700. Thanks for the video and the mod list breakdown! Also in VA. Northern VA.
Great video! Loved the explanation about the difference with the 700&900 handlebars
Fantastic, Thanks a lot buddy 🍻
Thats a cool looking windscreen man! Nice upgrades! Looks very sexy)

Love the personalized plate. LOL
Nicely done!
Very Nice. Looks good. I have a 2018 red in Canada.
Awesome 💯
Wow, so much of that good stuff at Revvzillah!

Tailpiece doesn't look great, but overall its looking nice
No problem with the brogue gauge relocation mount with the marlin screen then? Been trying to find out about that.
No issues at all 🤙 still plenty of clearance
Graet choice in mods! For the tail light did you have to also purchase the Electronic LED Flasher Relay harness?
My no.1 mod is exhaust
My no. 2 mod is a quick shifter
That red stripe and Yamaha logo on sides of the tank is sticker or painting? Thank you. Nice bike btw ;)
The red stripe is painted on, as far as I know. It's under the clear coat so I'm not 100% sure
Hey! Cool mods! Althoug simple, but mirror looks super cool. Where did you get that?

@@VintageSteeland700s_1 I've been looking for a larger flyscreen for the XSR700. Thank you.
What your flysreen model?
@@VintageSteeland700s_1 thank you
Not bad good size.
Change suspensions, and it will be the best mod on your bike.
Totally agree, changed mine to k-tech cartridge fork innards an rear shock. Like you say different bike.

@@rockintigger the alterternative option is Mupo suspensions. Idraulic kit front € 150 and mono shock rear € 500. online store.
@@MrAgarthi Sounds like a good alternative, unfortunately I've already done the work.
@@rockintigger ok in any case enjoy this fantastic bike with this upgrade.
@@MrAgarthi how is it different compared to the stock suspensions?
Awesome bike. Love the mods. Looks fantastic. If interested, check out the mods I made to my XSR900 on my youtube channel.
Nice video, and bike! What exhaust did you say you had installed?
It's the Yoshimura R-77 system, I opted for the stainless muffler but they have a carbon fiber muffler option as well
@@VintageSteeland700s_1 Great, thanks mate!

What is this white unpainted ugly piece of crap seat cowl, you need to dump it asap, otherwise nice touches and modsa on the bike.
