1)ഈ നല്ല വീടിന്‍റെ പോരായ്മയായി തോന്നിയത് exterior view(front view) ഒരു commercial building ന്‍റേത് പോലെ 2) അകത്തെ family living room ല്‍ നിന്ന് Dining room ലേക്കുള്ള നടത്തം മൂലം ടി വി കാണുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് disturbance നുള്ള സാധ്യത 3) pool തറയോട് ചേര്‍ത്ത് നല്‍കിയത് മൂലം guest living room ലെ glass slide ചെയ്യുന്നത് അപകട സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു ie pool ലേക്ക് വീഴാനുള്ള സാധ്യത 4) Bathroom ന്റെ വലിപ്പം വീടിന്‍റെ വലുപ്പത്തിന് ചേര്‍ന്നു പോകുന്നില്ല ബാക്കിയുള്ല നല്ലത് കാണാതെയല്ല ഈ പറയുന്നത്
Exterior view commercial building ന്റെ പോലെ ആയത് വ്യത്യസ്തത ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. വിദേശ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഡിസൈനുകൾ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. മാത്രവുമല്ല സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ കിടപ്പനുസരിച്ച് front ൽ already അവർക്ക് privacy ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു main road frontage അല്ല. മുന്നിൽ മറ്റ് ബിൽഡിംഗുകളും ഇല്ല. വീട് road ലെവലിൽ നിന്ന് അത്യാവശ്യം നല്ല ഉയരത്തിലുമാണ്. വീടിന് വ്യത്യസ്തത ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുംമല്ലോ.. ബാക്കി പറഞ്ഞതിനോടെല്ലാം ഞാൻ യോജിക്കുന്നു 😊👍🏻
