Please pray for no urges to smoke tobacco anymore as I have been wanted to quit and try to remember he who is in me is greater than me. Please pray for me❤. I did quit before I had my girls for a little over 10 years and have started again a little over 4 and know it’s not good.

I will keep praying for you-- I stopped in 2012 and do not ever want to smoke again. No candy, chewing on gum or pencils. These things will fail you. The ONLY way is let the Holy Spirit guide you in standing strong TONIGHT and iit.will be over forever. Rejoice Your freedom is NOW. YOU AND THE HOLY SPIRIT CAN DO THIS!❤
When the day comes that you cannot breathe, you will not smoke , I promise ya.
What helped me quit is the patch and nicotine gum acting like I'm in the hospital I cannot smoke when I was in the hospital for 31 days I didn't have a high after I smoked one then two and I had three no high and I should have quit then but I wanted something to do so remember to chew a lot of gum and suckers get a toothpick as well this will keep your hands busy
