Stayed at Shangri La multiple times. It is overrated and the employees are lazy in rude. The swimming pool is large but the employees are lazy and rude again. The breakfast buffet is good but I have had better in Dubai. The Le Meridien is overrated. The employees are rude and lazy. Not worth the high price. Better options are Kantary Hilss on Nimmnan and the Empress Hotel on Chang Klan. It is obvious the person who uploaded this video has never been to these hotels.
