Filipino parents are the most caring and patient and loving and Sweet and most importantly the carry the Values of a Natural filipina
“Hesusmaryosep” that’s actually “Jesus, Mary & Joseph” just an expression🙏😊
Ngayon ko lng yan nalaman hahah
Omg,,,un pala un nw ko lng nalaman un....tnx for you....
Actually , it's 'susmaryosep', the shorter version. And even shorter are 'susme' and 'sus'.
Jesus H Christ.. (in American)
What?! Palagi kong naririnig yan pero ngayon ko lang nalaman 'to!! Hahahahaha..
"Anak" refers to the person's child. So glad you can relate to some of the characteristics.
sinabi mo pa sinabi na nga i
She forgot the "tabo" .. Filipinos favorite bathroom device haha.. You can also react to Jo Koy/Netflix Is a Joke, he is a FilAm comedian guy. His interpretation of Filipino ways of life are totally hilarious 😁
Oh I’ve watch that show it made my stomach hurt from laughing
"Mumu" is a shortened term for "multo" which means ghost, and is derived from the Spanish word "muerto" which means 'dead'. In Ilonggo, we say "murto" instead of "multo" which is closer to the Spanish 'muerto'.
When i heard her say "Filipinos love tsinelas"
The first thing that came at my mind is the "FLYING TSINELAS" ft. "IKAW NA BATA KA TALAGA!" 😬😂😂😂
Pag naabutan ka ng parents mo na nasa labas kapa kahit tanghali na asahan mong my lilipad na tsinelas SHSHSHSHSHSH
Hahahahaha 🤣
I find it sweet when your mother/father calls you "anak" instead of your name.
Yeah I agreed same yow
Because if your parents called you by name, you know something is wrong.
HAHAHAHA
YOU’RE DOOMED.
@@-moriarty6403 especially when you have a nickname but they go straight to calling you by your full name. Better hide lol
parents usually call their children "anak" as an endearment to them, elderly people usually call the young ones "anak" even they're not related, as a sign of respect since they don't know your name.
Yep pero sanaol muna tinatawag na anak-,-
Thank you again for having the time to react to our culture and we really appreciate this especially with pandemic that's going on right now.. take care and stay safe..
Mama ko: anak kunin mo nga ung salamin ko
Me: asan?
Mama ko: dun (pero walang tinuturo sinasabi lng)
Me: san dun?
Mama ko: basta dun hanapin mo
Relate much haha
Nguso pinapanturo nila😂😂😂
Tas magagalit kapag hindi na hanap eh madami namang dun😂
Puro ka kasi selpon🤣😍
Man, they get angry when we get the wrong things... I mean wth!?!
My horrible experience when i was a kid it was the "TSINELAS"😆
They throw their slippers at u😆(😭)
I feel you 😂😆
@@buttercup9253 Hahaha😂
True
I think almost every Filipino grew up with this experience plus "sinturon"
And the hanger🤣
oh you can also watch Jo Koy (Filipino-American stand-up comic) He is quite famous. He has some specifics growing up with Filipino mom. Very funny and very true. You can pick from "Rice is Rice", "Follow Your Dreams",
yes please react to Jokoy's Tagalog Thursdays too
th-cam.com/video/n1u1uvi6Zto/w-d-xo.html this is epic. about Andre, his brother in law haha and saying Filipino moms are most indirectly racist lol
Love Jokoy! ❤
I think Jo Koy's stand up shows are still on Netflix.
In my humble opinion, one must be aware of how to communicate in a culturally appropriate way in the US and in the Philippines and how the people of these 2 countries have treated each other historically in order to be able to relate to and laugh at Jokoy's jokes. Baka mahirapan ang mga foreign vloggers mag react to Jokoy kung hindi nila alam ang cultural dynamics ng americans and filipinos.
When you have Filipino parents number 1 rule is that, you must not forget to bring back the tupperwares you brought at school hahaha cu'z you'll be getting a whip when you get home😂🤣
3:05 anak means my child
7:11 ur so hard headed
8:01 sus-mary-osep is a combination of jesus mary and joseph
"Anak" means child. "Susmaryosep" is supposed to be said as "Hesus, Maria, Hosep", that's "Jesus, Mary, and Joseph".
So funny specially that pointing things by their lips...😂😂😂. Thanks for sharing.
"nak can you get the, ayun oh, yun banda dun"
"get what?"
"yuun"
"😐"
😂
Hahahahahahahhahha
I can hear my mom saying to me
"PUT ON THE LOTION!!"
i'm from Philippines this is true😂
To call someone just say "psssst" LOL actually if they turn their heads you are sure he/she is Filipino! LOLLLL
George and Lucy are really confused for the most time in this reaction video😂
Anak means child. Please try to watch also magostribe you know about history of the Philippines very interesting. Good luck both keep safe. Watching from Netherland.
Actually I'm a filipino and my mom always shout at me and when mom say turn off the light "nak patayin mo nga ilaw dyan"are actually means kill the light 😂😂 and my mom scare me with pamalo,so it hard to talk bad things to mom 😓🤐

There is a silent casual hello Filipinos might give to an acquaintance or even a good friend that you see daily or several times a day (as in school or work) in the Philippines. It is also given to anyone you might meet that you really don't know or just to be polite. There is no need to wave or verbalize a hello/kumusta. It consists of a small smile together with upraising the eyebrows. In America, this casual hello might be given as a polite and pleasant nod, with one or both eyebrows slightly raised, though not everyone does it.
Love it thats the truth how Filipino treat their children
Anak means Child or daughter or son
This is a late night Juicy reacts!!! I love these videos!!!! The sunscreen is a must!!!!
@2:18 ..Lucy has done that in one of video they reacted to, about the "Disneyland in the Phils." I guess, there's a part there that she pointed with her mouth the location of the mobile phone Jorge is askin'. she's so cute doin' that.
“Sus maryusep!” Slang for Jesus, Mary and Joseph! 😂 it’s like “OMG”
Omg, can relate! The balikbayan boxes and how we have to fill the boxes to the brim, sit on it, so we're able to tape it up. Any items that we haven't used gets automatically sent to the Philippines. I always criticise my mom to just send the money so they can actually buy brand-new items but she just insists on not wasting. The mumu/ghost is also relatable. "May mumu sa tabi mo. Ang tigas ng ulo mo, akyat ka na sa kuwarto mo/matulog ka na. Then the mouth pointing...doon, diyan, ayan oh. I'm like, "Where?! It's literally around this vicinity, can you be more specific please?!" lol Or "sa labas", like mom, where outside? The backyard? The patio? The deck??? haha "Anak!" "Huwag kang sumasagot-sagot sa akin!" 🤣
one of the cutest phrase i encounter that many non filipinos living in the philippines pick up is, "di ba?!" alot of times acctually. i had a japanese employer who was living in the philippines and who can't even carry a conversation in tagalog but was so used to saying "di ba?!" which translate to am "right?" or "isn't it?" i knew an italian here in rome who speaks fluent tagalog loves to use that phrase it's hilarious.
@6:58 open the tv please.., I would reply, Mum, why? are gonna repair them by yourself? 😂😂😂
"Anak" means "child" is not just a word in Philippines but in Malaysia and Indonesia as well.
Shes very pretty❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Anak means “son” or “daughter” basically a parents’ kid.
anak = child
Filipino Moms has the power.
They can find missing things that you cannot find 😏😏😏🤣🤣🤣
It’s a MUST to watch JO KOY. He’s hilarious!
Anak is a call to their daugthers or sons. Tito is uncle and Tita is aunt. Pamangkin is either nephew or niece. Pinsan is cousin. Susmaryosep is an expression.
"Susmaryosep" Means Jesus, Joseph and Mary, Its like Expression of oldies
Anak means, " my child " ... Sometimes, even if your not their child, they still call you " Anak ". And I think that's sweet...
hahaha i can relate as a filipina living in canada. Now, I'm learning Tagalog slowly by posting youtube videos
Hi Juicy! Ernie here from SOCAL. I recommend watch JOKOY for a very good entertainment/good laugh!
Literally "ANAK" means "CHILD", can be used either to a Son or Daughter. We usually use the Spanish Titles "TITO (Uncle) and TITA (Aunt) to some family friends as sign of respect and/or closeness.
susmariosep is like a mix of jesus, maria (mary) and joseph
mostly said when someone is pissed/annoyed etc
Filipino Mothers are the best Rappers. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
“Anak “ means my child
She forgot to add that Filipino parents taught us to eat everything with rice. Chicken and rice, pork and rice, fish and rice, hotdog and rice, and even spaghetti with rice.
Road to 100K❤️ Love you both
"Mumu" is tagalog for ghost...wc my parents also use to scare me to obidience 😀 "Susmaryosep" is a tagalog expression refering to the Holy Family...Sus is short for Jesus, Mar for Mary, and Yosep is for Joseph...its like saying Oh My God! 😊
That is actually Jesus Maria y Josef in spanish and got a short cut of Hesusmaryosep in tagalog. It was the expression of filipino-spanish back in the days.
It was originally "Jesus, Maria, Joseph" . We got it the Spanish, go watch Mexican films or Latin American films, they do it too.
In the Philippines, over time it turned into, "hesusmaryosep".
Then, again over time, turned into "susmaryosep".
And now, surprisingly it was cut down to just "sus".
love from bacolod city.. hope u can visit bacolod city soon
Anak means my child.By the way, I have never seen any foreign reactors watching to the old videos and journey to internation scene of our very own Filipino talent Lea Salonga. Her greatness and recognition abroad,She was alreadya child celebrity here in the Philippines before she auditioned for Miss Saigon and started making it big abroad on the theater scene through Miss Saigon that was shown in London for a long time and landed as one of the Disney princess.
Why don't you guys make Livestreams
they do, in the Juicy Vlog, also in their FB private group and IG.
@@mopsedits3526 ok cool
Sus mariahosip Lucy and George mga gwapo ug gwapa. Hahaha
"susmaryosef" or "hesusmaryosef" is actually an expression used by most filipino parents and elderly especially when they get frustrated. It was actually derived from "Jesus, Mary, Joseph". They utter this expression to keep them cool at the same time asking the holy family for patience. Hahah
Love this guys...
My mum does some of these things xD
As far as "Susmaryosep": it's a shortened version of "Jesus, Maria, Jose": originally an ejaculatory prayer seeking the aid and protection of the Holy Family whenever something unexpected happens. You will often also hear people saying something that sounds like "Jusko": Dios ko (my God).
Please share something about the differences of brits humor and Filipino humor just some thoughts cause i have some brits friends here in dubai..
the open or close the light if you grew up in the province, and your parents just finish primary schooling, but if you're a college grad its the same turn on and turn off.
Please react to a Filipino girl group "4TH IMPACT" on X Factor UK, The Title of the Video is "4th Power raise the roof with Jessie J hit | Auditions Week 1 | The X Factor UK" You will see it on X Factor UK Channel, No.1 most Viewed on all X Factor. Thanks.
The meaning of anak is son/daughter but sometimes they call us by our last name, nickname and first name
Jesus Maria Joseph "susmarioseph" it's our expression ....hahhaa
Hi guuuys💕I just want to suggest that if you want to say something during your reaction vids, you can pause the video so that we can understand what u're saying HAHAHAHAHH HIRAP UMINTINDI NG SABAY SABAY NA ENGLISH PRAMIS HAHAHAHHAH BTW LUV U BOTH💕
Mumu is filipino slang for ghosts/monsters 😂 Susmaryosep is short for Jesus, Mary and Joseph. Older Filipinos use them as an expression when they are shocked or when disappointed
Hi ! Can you please react to the TNTBoys ? Please . They're great young singers and they are filipinos too. For sure you'll love them.
"Anak" technically means "one's child" but when it is used by Filipino parents to their kids (usually to call their children's attention) it means "my daughter/son" which is a form of affection. When our parents calls us by our first name (coz we have pet names/house names unrelated to our real names use inside the house or by the entire blood line hehe) it usually means they are mad bordering super angry at us. 🤣🤣🤣
Lucy George can you do trivia or something like that. Will be fun
I lurrrrrrrvvvvv your accent😙😘😚
3:15 In my cases, my mum and dad just call me 'Kuya' which means older brother and I'm actually used to it than calling me by my name. Even some of my younger classmates (some schoolmates) in the primary.
Your wrong coz my parents not lile that lol
@@perlitagermones2788 I said 'In my case' meaning my own life, not yours. Such a stupid comment reply.
People who are around the same age as your parents are "Tito/Tita" and the same age as your grandparents are "Lolo/Lola". Balikbayan boxes are called Care Packages in other countries, Filipinos just tend to go one time, big time.
I love this!
love your reaction....bohol ph
Muo muo = is basically ghost but the term is often used when speaking to a little kid as saying ghost/multo is too advanced, originally its multo but since babies cantsay the whole thing theyre limited to just mu mu
I've heard "kill the light" instead of turn off the light.
Love you guys...
Soon when you'd be interacting more with Filipinos and their lifestyles, you might be adapting some of our expressions, habits, facial or verbal expressions too like how Mike would eat with his hands or leg up, Nelly always saying "Wait lang" , speaking our language even in Taglish,,will endear you more to the Filipinos, esp the masses.. we enjoy watching your reaction vids...how about doing other challenges too like "how does my boyfriend react to my makeup, clothes, bathing suits, or whatever, Lucy doing some make up tutorials here too would be great and George singing a tagalog song for us would be great!!
I'm a Filipina and when my parents tell us to call someone Tito or tita it means where related by blood, we call some body if it is older than us as manong/manang or ate/ kuya. Maybe if your family is part of upper class they call it Tito or tita. Even they're not related,
I notice that when Filipinos live in England and America for years they the to speak English with an English or American accent. Why is it when Americans and the English live in the Philippines for decades the do not end up speaking English with a Filipino accent? The English bloggers Agostino and Drage are beautiful women! So beautiful. The other bloggers Mike and Nelly are fro which country? I have it figured out yet.
Hey Juicers.....have a meet up in Manilla when this lockdown ends, it would be great to meet so that we can ask you questions in person..what do you say?
All Filipino parents sometime spanking their child with rod, broom or sleepers. This is the way on how to disciplines their children.
He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. Proverbs 13:24
It depends what youre filipino calls you, they can even nickname you,
Iur parents call me and my twin bitot or kambal than our names
Another thing that I've never seen on these expressions with vloggers is "drink your medicine" instead of "take your medicine". In Tagalog, that is a literal translation.
I recommend watching jokoy on netflix
Belated HBD George,..
Pls.🙏 React to PH 🇵🇭 Arena...
Tito Edward and Tita Bella why did you guys miss that?? LMAO
Anak is basically a word for son or daughter.
Susmaryosep! Now you know.. JUICERS. hahaha
I think the reason why some Filipinos say "Open something" or "Close something" is because in Tagalog, Open and Turn on is the same word, and Close and Turn off are the same word as well.
No its because we have no direct translation of turning on/off something. We just associate the word with closest meaning we could get. Since we use "Buksan" which translates to "Open" hence it became the norm. Turning off is different though. We dont say "Sarado" meaning "Close" we use "Patayin" meaning "Kill" which I think is the more appropriate term but "Open" and "Close" is easier to remember lol.
@@Avian07 We use sara too though. Especially, when they are joking about killing the lights.
A: Pakipatay nga yung ilaw.
B: Teka, kuhanin ko lang yung baril.
A: Isarado mo. Buset.
hey guy’s love your reaction always ’ one request for reaction watch the 10.000 pilipino against 40.000 chinese in 1950’s
SUSMARIOSEP!
- Is one of the very well known Pinoy or Filipino expressions which is equivalent to OMG and it is the combination of JESUS(SUS), MARIA(MARI) & JOSEPH(OSEP).... Wa have so many words that's equivalent to OMG....
ANAK
-Is a Malayan or Bahasa word which means Daughter or Son on general. Our language is very diverse and it's mixed with SPANISH, MALAY( Malaysian ), BAHASA( Indonesian), ENGLISH AND FILIPINO( Tagalog ).
In stead of saying "oh my God!" we said "susmariajosep" a shortcut for jesus marry and joseph
True, because til now even if i'm in my 50's my Father don't want the shoes inside the house, leave it outside and use TSINILAS and don't forget mag MANO PO or else you know hihihihi...
For do not know tsinellas it's slipper in English hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
Anak means "my son" or "my daughter" or son/daughter/baby.
Anak Means Son, Daughter, or My Child
Hello guys love always your reaction ❤️❤️❤️
Anak means son or daughter
Anak means my child 😊
Lisa is so pretty! ^_^
Hands up whose parents not only point with their lips but also construct their sentences by filling in missing words with "kwan" HAHAHAHA
"Anak ung kwan paabot"
"Nak, ung kwan patanggal"
"Anak" means child/baby 🤣
