Jason Enz thank you for watching, I use xyleene or screen opener to clean the screen and squeegee xyleene works better you can pick it up at home depot in the paint section or any paint store for about $20 a gallon
Juan I did some yards signs but the customer say that scratch too easy. The ink will came of if you scratched with you fingernails. Do you know why? Thanks
I did a couple of test to see if it will come off and its pretty hard for the ink to come off with your fingernails, the only time it came of on me was 1 when the ink was not dry completely, 2 when the ink deposits were too thick other then that it was hard to take it of with my fingernails it came off using a knife and cleaning solution. just let it dry for a day or to before you give it to the customer. hopefully this was useful!

What about the emulsion? I know it would have to solvent resistant. Using pure photo polymer for plastisol inks.
I use ulano Orange it good I have not had a problems with it, but your are right it would be best to use a better emulsion

Screen printing would be the cheapest but vinyl will be easier however vinyl is very expensive for reflective signage

yes they do make thinner for it. I use screen opener to clean it
