Disney should put out professional vids like this for all dark rides. I could actually understand the dialogue, which most times I can't during a real ride thru. Excellent job.
As somebody who's experienced this attraction well over 50 times, it's really strange hearing some of the ride audio and sound effects isolated from the rest
My favorite ride at Disneyland! Thank you for sharing this incredible POV! I’m loving all the sound effects we’ve never been able to hear in this quality!
I have been on the one in paris i tought it was something like that and then it would have made sense but this😂 poor Kyo got almost murdered by a car ride
Like how it looks and is back to full functionality (with the exception of the dropping rock effect being rusted out and permanently broken without tearing the roof off to fix it). Looks like the Cobra is finally working again too. Y'know, it might help if preventative maintenance was performed on all the attractions, instead of waiting until 50% of the effects are broken to do a major refurb. It would actually save money to do preventative maintenance, as a major refurb with no preventative maintenance is I'm certain much more expensive and more work intensive.
@@sonidoacuario845 I think you're confusing the Raider of the Lost Ark rolling rock here with the effect that used to be working in the fire pit room with the broken face of Mara. At one time, there would be ice dropped from the roof into the "fire pit" below, but it stopped working due to the mechanism rusting into an nonworking condition. It happened about the first year of the ride's operation, so there's little documentation of it, but it is out there, and much more readily discoverable than footage of the original Hat Box Ghost from the Haunted Mansions first few weeks of operation. Still, it's rare enough that the dropping rock/crumbling ceiling in the fire pit room effect being there would become something of an urban legend.
The door room doesn't move either. It's supposed to look like you go though different doors on different rides, but I don't think that can be fixed because the manufacturer disappeared or something.
When waiting in line there’s a video that plays on loop where a man talks about the ride and tells you multiple times not to look into the eyes. The entire ride is based around the fact that everyone riding immediately did exactly what they were told not to do and I think that’s hilarious.
It's gonna be closed again for refurbishment during the 4 days at the end of this month when we go. 😢 It's my favorite. And what totally sucks is that they say it may reopen on that Friday of the week, which is the day we're checking out of our hotel and heading home. What bad timing. Thanks, Disney
After the boulder is it a drop or do you just slowly go down a ramp please? I get really nervous when it comes do drops and going to Disney in a few weeks!
I got to ride this years ago when it first opened at Disneyland. It was amazing! The hall where the blow darts come out of the walls shoots puffs of air out. My hair moved the first time I rode it and I ducked. 😂
I love the Lava scene at the bridge on this attraction, because I studied about Geology in science back in the 6th Grade. PLEASE keep these ride videos coming, because NOT all Disney fans and Annual Passholders are able to travel to Disneyland which is located in Anaheim, CA during the COVID-19 pandemic/outbreak. 🎉
I'm so happy to see this video. Indiana Jones is my favourite ride (and film series) and I always want to relieve it but the other videos online really aren't the best
10/10 attraction!!! Add this to Animal Kingdom instead of Moana and Furrytopia… Find a way to tie Dr. Jones’ adventures into conservation and give him a land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Went on this ride 2 days ago and the part at 2:44, our car didn’t back up, it just got stuck and you could hear the car trying to move. It freaked me out because the boulder got so close to us it was right above our heads! Luckily the car moved forward afterwards and the ride finished
@@kristengerber997eh don’t let it bother you. It is cool though how convincing it is! One of the best effects on a ride Disney has done. If you get the chance see how it’s done, it’s neat. I was lucky to get stuck on the ride at that moment so saw everything basically go and reset and got out of the car.
Who ever did this mix messed up pretty badly, I will do my own proper mix with all the sounds.. So many missing sounds, the music placement is based off the broken LCU, and... overall, 3/10
At the 2024 D23 expo on August 10, 2024, it was announced that a full Indiana Jones attraction is to be built at Disney's Animal Kingdom, with an opening date of 2027. It will form part of a new 'Tropical Americas' land, which could be replacing Dinoland USA.
Disney doing POVs now? This is awesome!!!!
Probably to keep patrons from live-streaming from on the attractions.
Its this or making em wait 3 hours to get on and using half their time at the park up
They did it during Covid as well.
Because of the New Indy movie that came out
They should do this for every ride!
This may be the first Disney made ride POV and it looks great. Historic!
Still Disneyland's best ride
Easily
Thank you! The Radiator springs racers ride at DCA is a close second though.
No cap
The one in tokyo disney sea was way better. Its a must ride there
Disney should put out professional vids like this for all dark rides. I could actually understand the dialogue, which most times I can't during a real ride thru.
Excellent job.
They really should!
Efteling does that for every ride!
As somebody who's experienced this attraction well over 50 times, it's really strange hearing some of the ride audio and sound effects isolated from the rest
Is it fast?
@@MichaelDaGod-yy4cd yes but slow at some parts
My favorite ride at Disneyland! Thank you for sharing this incredible POV! I’m loving all the sound effects we’ve never been able to hear in this quality!
How Enna described the ride was way worse than I initially expected 😂
This is like the speed of riding a bicycle 😂 now I wonder whether she can ride a bicycle
I know right the effects and how fast it is lol😂
I was expecting something faster xDD A normal car ride is faster than this LMAOOOOOOOO
I have been on the one in paris i tought it was something like that and then it would have made sense but this😂 poor Kyo got almost murdered by a car ride
Yeah, when she said Indiana Jones ride, I was thinking that it was this one but want sure because this rude is so tame
This is the best ride at the park. I was fortunate enough to get on with virtually no line. Those switchbacks are endless! So fun.
Everything looks SO REAL 🤯 and AWESOME 🤠
ikr I felt like I was there tho to
Poor Ren felt the need to have to apologize to Enna for this 😂
Enna noooooo!!!!

The dropping rock works. I think youre referring to the rotating doors not working

Enna … how did you get scared lol
love that you guys are trying these out now. would love to see more!
Poor enna
I’m here to see the thing make Enna scared😂
I wish they would have put in more jeep sounds. That being said . I LOVE THIS
Honestly yeah man
This is my favorite ride of all time. Always ride this one more than any other when I go to the park. Thanks for the high quality POV.
More of these videos Disney!
Thank you so much. This is one of the best ride Disney has ever made!
Every time we rode this as kids and we got to Indy and the boulder, my dad would yell “Indy, jump in!”. He still does this after 20 years.
When waiting in line there’s a video that plays on loop where a man talks about the ride and tells you multiple times not to look into the eyes. The entire ride is based around the fact that everyone riding immediately did exactly what they were told not to do and I think that’s hilarious.
Nice!. Disney about time you did this. Do this with all the rides.
If only you could get Harrison Ford to record all the Indy lines for this attraction. It’s the only thing missing.~
There’s a lot more missing than that unfortunately.
Yeah, his impersonator sounds like he vapes
Disney Parks, do all the rides!
This is such a fun ride. A video can hardly do it justice.
Love this ride! Great job on the referb! It’s come a long way since my video POV post :) 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This is the Closest you get to Enjoy this attraction without leaving your home.

My favorite attraction!
This ride always makes me smile every time through.
This ride is RAD✨
My nephews will love this! Thanks!
Such a wholesome ride. I don’t like thrill rides, but this I’m willing to go on.
All the nostalgia I needed today
After the boulder is it a drop or do you just slowly go down a ramp please? I get really nervous when it comes do drops and going to Disney in a few weeks!
You go down a ramp. It’s less than a 45 degree angle.
@ Thank you, when I went to Disney I faced my fear of the unknown and loved the ride I did it twice
I got to ride this years ago when it first opened at Disneyland. It was amazing! The hall where the blow darts come out of the walls shoots puffs of air out. My hair moved the first time I rode it and I ducked. 😂

Wow! This was awesome. Keep them coming Disney 🎉
Disney Parks doing ride-theoughs!? 😳 What’s the world coming to!?!
Still my favorite Disneyland ride.
I love this ride, if only it stayed functional. It seems 1/3 the time I'm at the park, it's down. So, anytime we see it up, we ride.
The best video out there! Awesome to see a super high-quality ride video. Especially the sound,
Amazing!!! Great audio and video. Please do more!
Did this 25 years ago, can't can't beleive its still going...
Whoa. I haven't rode this in almost 15 years, looks like its been updated a lot!
Ride so good, it never gets old.
Nice! More of this PLEASE
I can’t believe this is what scared Enna
This ride will be in my heart FOREVER.
This was amazing! Next please: Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris! 🤩
I wanna see more of these kinds of videos! This is great!
One day I will ride this 🙏🏼
My favorite line is when indi says great I asked for help and they send me torriests
Im so glad i got to ride these rides growing up.
I wish they can do videos of all their rides. Like this
My first ride as a child and I’m glad it’s here to stay
I'm so happy to see this video. Indiana Jones is my favourite ride (and film series) and I always want to relieve it but the other videos online really aren't the best
I really hope this becomes a video series! This was amazing!
I love this ride
God I love this ride fucking AMAZING
The updated soundtrack is fabulous
This is great! More videos like this please!!!
This is wonderful. It's the only way we will be able to experience this ride.
I like how thrilling and suspenseful this ride is
Please do runaway railway Disneyland next!
Awesome.. I wish disney build this at disneyland paris
Please do Space Mountain next!!!
More like this, please!!! 🤩
After the snake how big is the drop please? I can’t tell as the screen goes pitch black 😅
Wow!!!! They really kicked it up a notch!!! 👏🏻
morrrrrre of these!
This is the best and my top favorite ride!
I have been in this ride before I screamed and cried
Please do Mansion next
2:05 what is this new scene suppose to be?
Looks like a reference to the angels that come out of the Ark of the Covenant, who then collapse the hallway you see a few seconds later
I hope they do more of these videos.
I think the lava effects were really cool
cool🎉
What I never knew they changed the India joins ride Top fav keep it up! Disney
10/10 attraction!!! Add this to Animal Kingdom instead of Moana and Furrytopia… Find a way to tie Dr. Jones’ adventures into conservation and give him a land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Good news my friend, Indiana Jones is coming to Animal kingdom!
Is it possible if the Disney company can do the virtual ride for the incredicoaster?🧐🧐🧐
Went on this ride 2 days ago and the part at 2:44, our car didn’t back up, it just got stuck and you could hear the car trying to move. It freaked me out because the boulder got so close to us it was right above our heads! Luckily the car moved forward afterwards and the ride finished
Erm, the car is literally unable to back up. The cave is the one that's supposed to move towards you to simulate the car moving back.
Ok, thanks for the clarification. Could have been less condescending about it, it's not common knowledge to know how rides work.
@@kristengerber997eh don’t let it bother you. It is cool though how convincing it is! One of the best effects on a ride Disney has done. If you get the chance see how it’s done, it’s neat. Give us a POV of the Pirates of the Craibbean ride
Where's the engine sounds?
Is there a big drop on Indiana jones Disneyland ride?
Please increase the maintenance budget for the next refurb it deserves the best
The future is the best one of the doors in the beginning. Always hope I get it but I've only had it once.
I love the ride 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍
Favorite ride in the resort behind Mr toad
I wish they could have had Harrison Ford record his own lines. It would have made it so much more iconic and timeless.
MUCH better ride than Dinosaur
"From magical movies... 2:49 ...to unforgettable adventures..."

Now if they could only fix all the old effects, even the crushed ice dispenser that simulates falling debris.
Surprised you were able to find a time when it wasn't broken.
The best ride ever
Like video of Indiana jones ride big fan
Excellent video
