Man! I never noticed it. That's why the camera pans to creed when Michael says that. Amazing!
Behind the scenes of the parkour cold open: Paul Lieberstein, who wrote and directed the episode, said that the direction he gave Steve, Rainn, and Ed was just a basic route to move through so that the camera could capture everything. They did no parkour training whatsoever. The scene wasn't choreographed, but Lieberstein did tell the guys, "You can't do anything wrong, and your goal is to just mess up the room as much as possible." After the first take was underwhelming, Paul asked them to shout "PARKOUR!" after every move they made, and thus...a legendary scene was born.
Andy/Ed didn't actually jump into the box (which was actually filled with foam rubber). Their stunt coordinator was Wally Crowder and his son Shawn Crowder was Ed's stunt double! Scott Leva was Rainn's double and Erik Solky was Steve's! Until they were on the truck, it was the legit actors. They dented some of the hoods of the cars during the bit so they had to get repaired.

For the first time, I put together the zoom in on Creed when Michael says all the ink in the printer was gone 9:37 😆
"Everybody is going to get to know each other in the pot" top ten last words before disaster. That scene made me feel so bad for Kevin. You could easily tell he poured his heart into his creation. He was so emotionally proud of it...and it was in destroyed in mere seconds. The distress in his voice is so saddening. And Creed is so inspirational. Man cares about his job more than anything else. As Creed said, ”The only difference between me and a homeless man is this job. I will do whatever it takes to survive.”

Honestly I relate to Kevin I once made a homemade pizza from scratch and promptly dropped the whole thing on the floor face down right after I took it out the oven. I cried next to the bloody corpse of my pizza 😭😭😭 I'll never get over it

I felt so bad for Kevin at the end… I tried to cook the chili the way Kevin did too by under cooking the onions. It was okay…using shallots were better.
