Thank you! I ended up discontinuing this journal, but I moved into my hobonichi cousin and my style is still very similar (although it evolves over time, of course) in case you're looking for more videos. :)
I LOVE this! I absolutely love the way yours looks. I was toying around with the idea of using the H & O as a daily journal and this gave me lots of inspo.
Thanks! I have switched to a smaller journal since then, but I’ve been toying with going back to this one, it’s just such a pretty journal! I hope you enjoy yours. ❤️
Thanks for sharing! I love looking at filled journals and love your idea of redacted writing! I know I have little eyes that leaf threw mine and that has stopped my ability to pour it out. Wonderful idea. I sometimes write it out and toss it into the fireplace but it feels like I am making a pretty sanitized and unrealistic journal.
I totally get this! I am torn between writing stuff I don’t mind if people read and unfiltered spilling it. I hope you find a good balance for you this year.
Thank you for sharing your daily journal Linda. I am using the same Hemlock and Oak journal this year and am In Love with it, so much so I bought 3 different kinds. 😊 It’s funny how you have to be in a new journal for a period of time before finding your grove with it, that it takes time before you become friends and walk this journey together. Thanks for sharing the redacting tape too, I’ve never seen that before. Will you leave it there or remove after you have filmed your flip through? Enjoy your journal time, it’s so therapeutic, especially with big life changes you are facing this year. 🥰
Thank you! I am currently leaving the redacting tape in place, it seems more therapeutic to cover up the parts that I don’t want to necessarily remember but just want to get out on paper. I can always pull up parts if i want to see it again! Enjoy your H&O journals!
Oh awesome! Are you using the daily also? It’s a great book, but it turned out to be too large for me as a daily journal… at least with everything else I have in my lineup this year.
Found your old video, as I consider an H&O as a daily journal. Curious, did you write every day? Or did you find you slipped some weeks, and just picked it back up when you had time/energy?Thanks!
Hi! This was a beautiful journal for a daily journal. My goal was to journal daily (and still do) but sometimes I did have to skip days or back fill. Ultimately I switched to a different journal (hobonichi cousin) because this one was just too large for me. Good luck with a daily journal!
I am looking for your tutorial on how to organize stamps. I have literally hundreds and hundreds of stamps. I can't figure out how to remember what I have any suggestion would be so appreciated.
I absolutely love love love this style of journaling!!!! ❤

Thank you! It’s a beautiful book. ❤️
I love this setup! I just pre-ordered my H&O and loved stumbling on your channel. ❤

I love the style and aesthetic you created in this journal 😊
Thank you! It was a fun journal but just so much work to keep up with.
Love your style, Linda. Thanks for sharing. Lots of inspiration!
Thank you! ❤️
You are so talented! Seriously, SUCH a beautiful journal!
Thank you! I am still struggling to find my rhythm with it, but I’m hopeful I can find a way to fit this journal into my routine going forward.
