I really liked the 2nd one you did. It seemed more together...like the waves of the ocean. I really liked the shape it took and the cell lacing that was on it. I loved watching the rain 🌧 and hearing it was soothing. I love to hear your dogs barking because it just means they know you love them, and they just want your love and attention. It's adorable to me. Great job, Chica. I'm proud of you. ❤🎉😊
Love it...the second wave looks awesome..it came out pretty good...the sound of rain was so soothing...thanks for sharing it really helps...this way we know what to do and what to avoid...I really appreciate all your efforts🤗😊
I live on the southern east coast, Georgia USA. The rain is great and we really get it like this, seasonal. I also have a tin roof which really amplifies, it’s great. 😊 It is really loud there as well, maybe she has a tin roof. Didn’t even hear the heat gun.
Julie I think you are doing a great job at all you do Im sure you never have a boring moment you are either doing things trying new things or ideas rolling around in your head to try and great at all I was kicked out of the talent line and didn't get any
Wow, beautiful rain. I love when we can hear it in the background. Seeing it is awesome! Is there someone's waves that you have seen and are trying to get the same look? I never realized there were so many different variations of waves until watching you experiment. xoxoxooxoxoxoxooxxo
My lady you are just adorable!!! I love watching and learning from you!!! Here's a tiny hint On your first try you weren't happy with your waves & cells???? Try shooting one spray isopropyl alcohol in the air over your project just once.... that gives great lacy cells too
I love these waves. I think they are perfect. I think the torch make all the difference. Not quite sure what you are aiming for if this is not quite to your liking.....hmmmmm
Hi Julie the promise UV art resin works better for waves. I found that and the eye candy worked really well. Their table top resin is not thick enough unfortunately. I think I beat you with the amount of different white pastes everyone seems to have a favorite 😢
@@leilalineberger995 from what I have seen (lots) that paste does work better. Nita at fluidwoodworks and Rivka wilkins both do YT videos on different nozzles and different types of whites. Julies journey with waves has been really good she asks all the questions we (wave fanatics) do but she also tries to find the answer and she not scared to experiment. I have learnt heaps from her
I live near the sea. I often just stand and watch how the sea moves. The cells are a,ways on the shore, never actually in the sea. I liked your second wave because it did look like the wave was crashing towards the shore. The sea never looks the same from one second to the next.
Could you take a toothpick and spread the extra white you added until it’s doesn’t look like you added white? As long as it’s not the same height and density along that line it should look more natural rather than an addition??
I think that using these products in this manner would be great for the coasters, because the lacing/cells are beautiful But way too small for this size of a piece
I just started the video, but I really don't understand why you put light colors on the bottom. By that I mean not the shore, but the deep part. They should be just more translucent as you work up to create depth. That light color on the bottom. Idk.

Can't tell you how much I love hearing the rain. Wow! Is it coming down. We haven't had a good rain here for over a year
I love these waves! The best so far. ❤

I use all types of Promise resin and love them all. Great job!
I like it! You're making progress Julie, keep trying!!
this is my favorite so far. Thank You for another great and informative video.
The 2nd one is ideal. I really like it.
I think it's really pretty 🌊
I like seeing the the wood grain through the resin!

It's very pretty. I'm wondering if you could use black instead of white? Giving a black lace effect.❤❤❤

I love a good rain storm. We have about 10 inches of snow here in the state of Indiana.
I'm really excited cause I just bought some of your bloom paste!
My lady you are just adorable!!!

Looks great to me .
Thanks Julie! I'm following your learning, building up to having yet another go at waves. I did wonder about nozzles lol
THis is jsut gorgeous everytime i see these waves i am thinking of all the waves that crash along the beach and how individual they are etc.
Love the waves 🌊

Does it have to be paste? Mica? Alcohol ink? Pigment (that I have a small selection)?

There is NOTHING symmetrical about ocean ways!! ❤
I think I have seen someone spray with alcohol
Why didn't you pipe the white?
