@@SilverwingedBat honestly soft disagree for ME personally, i think if it was the same style everywhere it would’ve made both the new and old songs have less impact. I think Battle of Ordeals is one of the best tracks and is my preferred Asterisk Bearer theme, and the new cities and zone themes I also loved. It is a very unique shift to a unique genre of electrical symphony. So if it doesn’t vibe with people I’m not shocked. But myself as someone who doesn’t really listen to anything similar to that, I prefer BSecond’s OST over the first (besides the specials, but Magnolia’s and Edea’s are pretty equal to me with the first game’s)
Ost was fine for bravely second, main gripe being how lack luster the instrumentals were. Half the tjme I couldnt tell evweyones special themes since guitar was everywhere. @@SuperSnivMatt
I could be wrong, but it's likely not Soken, and actually the composer Takafumi Imamura. The one who did tons of later half tracks of DT, Pandaemonium raids, and the Pulse album. The drum snares and choir usage are the main hints.

Bravely Second wish it sounded as cool as this. B2nd has such a disappointing soundtrack minus some of the battle themes.
