My mom and dad told me if you're going going to do something you got to do it right the first time so you don't have to do it over again so that means if you're going to be there on time be there on time if you're going to be there late don't show up at all ❤❤❤❤
If I'm not able to be on time I make sure to let them know because it's respectful and courteous. I have never and will never bail on someone out of the blue if plans were made ahead of time.
Lateness is a pet peeve of mine. Barring true emergencies and a followup notification call, irresponsible lateness is indicative of immature, narcissistic, toxic people. I would not do business after the red flag. They all get the "PinHead" award.😁

Oh yeah I can relate. Had a John Deere service tec schedule to come out I waited around all day. Called the dealership I was told oh he went home he’s was tired. So I asked so tomorrow? I got told oh no. Like wtf. My favorite I’m in the commercial alfalfa hay business. I have trucker say I’ll be at the barns at 4 am then wonder why I’m pissed when they don’t show up till like 4 pm. And expect me to load them. This new entitled way I fucken hate

You’re right that isn’t proper and that’s every way wrong. They should’ve always waited for you outside which I do the customers I give them time to catch up if the workers late vice versa anyway, usually allow a time because she’s just the way people are anyway that would creep me out if something like that would happen with my wife and it did and it caused some friction with me and that person. Something and never hired him again and gave him an assist off of my property. It was very adamant, forceful, and swift. I don’t like being that kind of guy, but a lot of people look at me and they think I’m not gonna do shit and I usually don’t. I try to keep a very common demeanor. I really do, but this was years ago late 20s early 30s. And I was very protective of my family and I wasn’t possessive j just Protectfull. Mind me saying seems like you’re pretty alone out there.
