I just don't know how I'm suppose to find time to do yoga, and walks when I have a three old. Any tips y'all? My husband works two jobs so I feel so bad asking him to watch the child while I get to go relax😗 ugh. I am always stressed and angry it's horrible
I have a 4year old boy, I always struggled with finding time to do yoga, meditation etc. But I found it really helpful to make him do yoha with me, like at home yoga workout. I can't get him to meditate because BOYS and also he's a four year old so yeah. But he loves doing some yoga poses and also we juts have mother-son time :)
I love some of the yoga dvd's you can access :) Also, there are great classes online too which go for 30-60minutes if you have the space to practice at home or outside while the kids are napping ;) xx
I hope you guys will live happily ever after once you two get married, are you filming the wedding, it would be so sweet and awesome if you could, and ps, i love hot water and lemon, but i like cold better, makes me feel fresh(i use ice cold water put some mints or basil leaves and half a lemon and 😚😍😍 yummmm)
