I couldn't agree more , another thing i would like to add on top of this is remote work for tasks that doesn't have to be necessarily done from a physical office location gives employees the chance to compete against themselves instead of competing with others which results to a higher level of efficiency and productivity eventually. The stereotypical bureaucratic mindset must go and that's for sure, the world isn't what it used to be 50 or even 20 years ago Thank you for sharing HBR
