Hi, what will happen if property is conveyed to A, B, C as beneficial joint owners; A and B have contributed to purchase price, but C's contribution is made by a relative X? Would X be a tenant in common alongside the 3 bf. joint tenants?
My goodness - what a strange situation! If you are a law student you need to consider how the relative might acquire a BE and the 4 unities which isn't covered in this video. If it's a general legal enquiry then you need to seek legal advice from a solicitor as it's not something I can offer advice on. Good luck
