Learn to love property law! There is no way of getting around the fact that law students find property law difficult when they first start studying it. It also suffers from an image problem. ‘It’s boring, it’s difficult and it’s dull' is a common student reaction. But stick with it! It is possible to understand and even come to love it. Land law was one of my favourite topics when studying for my degree. It was exactly what I thought I was signing up for when I choose to study law; lots of strange legal terminology and tricky new legal concepts to puzzle over. I taught at a UK university for 25 years and Land law and Trusts were my favourite subjects to teach. In my videos I will break the law down into manageable pieces to make it easier to understand and show you how to produce your best possible answers to assessment questions.
