They always mark the order delivered before even reaching our place and they deliver the item after an hour or so, this has happened many times for us. I also wrote to the customer service but they didn't seem to care. I am not sure if this happens only in Coimbatore or it is the same scenario everywhere. We are not going to use Licious anymore, I and my friends use Fresh to Home and so far it has been good, they deliver the item always on time.
