Try this Tomato Cheese pasta recipe: (Serves 1-2 people) Take semolina pasta of your choice, add to boiling water and boil for 5-6 min or until 90% cooked. (Al Dante) Remove and pour cold water or drain properly Keep aside Take 3-4 big sized juicy tomatoes, blanch them, remove the skin and blend in mixer to make a paste. Add the tomato paste to a pan, add one packet of Pasta Masala (smith and Johnes pasta masala) Add 30 ml water, and black pepper in the pan. Mix everything and cook for 3 minutes or until tomatoes start bubbling. Add more masala if needed as per taste. Don’t add salt. After 3-4 mins add grated cheese or any cheese of your choice. Let it melt. … Add little more water to adjust consistency but not too much. In our place only boiled matar with aloo (thats not chole thats actually matar) wale golgappe are being sold. Sirf boiled aloo wle koi dekhta b nhi. And chole wale golgappe are just amazing. Try it.
