The word 'Rise' is usually used within the context of a position of disadvantage. For example when a person, who was little known, living in a poverty stricken background, without formal educational opportunities or connections, against all odds, breaks the glass ceiling and rises to prominence. But in Muhoozi's case, it's different. Everything seems to be on a silver platter. The 'rise' doesn't really strike any nerve, because he sits on the word 'rise', and lives by it

If its tiem for him he will rule justblike the bongo family but it wont really last forever as bongos son ruled for 15 years and had a coup on his government after a rigged election or his could end up a mobutos son who failed to suceed his dad due to the war that was caused by his dad and kagame
