She is the best medic in all of Naruto, and so I feel like she'd definitely be able to cure him, or at least give him medicine to stop it from getting worse. Plus, he wouldn't be using the Mangekyo as often in his timeline (he might not even have it), so his general health should be better right? He should definitely have more time than in canon. I'm also not sure how Obito would be able to escape with Kushina in the second half of the story. Minato definitely has a mark on her (he'd be very stupid not to), and the only reason he wasn't able to go directly to help her in the main timeline was because he was taking care of Naruto, which he wouldn't have to do if Naruto is a fully fledged Shinobi. I was under the impression that Mangekyos were relatively rare among the uchiha. Certainly Itachi seems to think so when he tells Sasuke he thinks he’s one of the few who can achieve it like he did

So, just as minato by himself can take out a battalion with just his teleportion jutsu, fugaku would also be able to deal with an entire battalion by himself, albeit through different means. The more surrounded by the enemy fugaku is, the more pawns he would have to use as he deemed fit. This mastery of the sharingan would not only make fugaku's enemies hesitate to engage him but also make fukagu infamous, and even make his presence ominous or "wicked" as he would essentially be making his foes kill their own long time comrades and companions. In cannon the leaf would not prohibit any jutsu unless it was something specific that the hokage didn’t want used because the chunin exams is a show of strength and how better to show of strength then to use jutsu that other nations don’t have
The leaf chunin exams is basically no restrictions, Sasuke walked in with a curse mark, while naruto and garra had biju and used them. The sand chunin exams are the bs ones
