By the way, regarding the Jackhammer Arm: So even if you have decided that you will not swap out the original arm I would recommend you try something that sounds kind of “strange” or “weird” or “abnormal”. Remove all pieces from the box but Veronica, grab the long, skinny Phillips head screwdriver needed to unscrew the elbow joint (so that you can swap between the fist and the “Hulk Ring”) and have a seat on the couch or the floor or somewhere comfortable but NOT where you would usually spend time with your other collectibles. Basically, I’m suggesting that you “play” with it almost like when you were a kid but still with your current collector’s “mindset”. I swear doing this will be rewarding, if I wasn’t so sure I don’t think I would have embarrassed myself by actually writing this down, recommending to do it and admitting that is what I did as well. Most likely your decision to either swap it or not will NOT change but I really believe you will come to the realization of one of two things: Either you will realize it is RIDICULOUSLY BEAUTIFUL or BEAUTIFULLY RIDICULOUS! Ok laugh at the suggestion, laugh at the mindset and above all, laugh at me but give it a try. Others who have done this will often try to find a way to display the arm on its own because they decided not to swap but came to realize after “playing” with it that on its own it is absolutely ridiculous AND beautiful!

I finally got me a Hulkbuster Deluxe. Damn this is such a great piece. So well made and you are absolutely correct that videos and pictures don’t do this things imposing presence justice. I wanted the Hulkbuster so bad when it was 1st released but at that time I couldn’t justify the cost. I am actually happier to have had to wait because this one came with the Jackhammer Arm that was missing in the 1st release.
Missed this live but your speechlessness when you see how little packaging there is was PRICELESS! Having had PO’ed the first release day 1 and having to wait the 2+ years to receive mine, I’m now quite familiar with this masterpiece. I really think this is a once in a company’s lifetime product. Also bought the Jackhammer Arm and when it was delivered and I had decided to go ahead and swap the arm (before actually moving anything, just the decision) I thought to myself “oh dammit” 😂. Here’s hoping you will have a fun time owning it and finding details, pieces and even posing options months and even years into owning it. Congrats!
EDIT: Speaking of finding things out about this “figure” long after owning it, the shoulder pads on all 3 arms (yes, including Jackhammer) can actually be removed without any damage. It obviously looks strange and is completely inaccurate but the Jackhammer arm’s shoulder pad has that light up RT and will actually fit on the regular arm. I know, it’s strange looking but was fun to “play” with 😂🤪🤓

Excellent Intro video work and I'm loving the Deadpool pose! Hulkbuster is a beast!
I dwelled for a long time and pulled the trigger. The battery install was not as much of a piece of cake for me at all. Now a year has passed and I supposed I'd better pull 'em outta there til I'm ready to light him up regularly in the future. Fortunately a battery tool came with another figure I bought. It is an awesome piece.

I loved this video. I was messing around with mine watching you do the same. It is a bit daunting trying to set it up. I agree with you though if you have the means it is a must have for your collection. It is a beautiful piece of art and engineering. DaVinci would have been proud lol.

I’ve been seriously on the fence on picking this up lately. Did you ever get that “v” shaped piece to fit? Based on the pictures on sideshows website you are supposed to unscrew and take that little plastic piece off so they will be able to separate.

We just bought a house, so I haven't opened anything in the past year as we stayed with my father. I have 8 unopened boxes in the basement. I DID open the 1/4 Mk4 IronMan with Gantry. I have no idea where I'm going to put this stuff! lol But yeah, I love the HELL out of my wife. We move in a week!

I got the AoU Hulkbuster for Christmas (it's so beautiful) and I am now debating whether to get Mark 43 diecast or just settle with the bust that is included and use the money on some other figure, pre-order. What would be your thoughts?
Currently, I have Iron Man Mark 7 and Mark 85/5 on pre-order. In the future, I would like to see re-issues of Mark 1, 2, 6, 46, and build a small Iron Man collection/shelf with Hulkbuster next to the Avengers, GoTG, TDK shelves.
To be honest, the 43 is not my fav. I would only get it if you want to display him jumping out of the buster
@@JedhaPatrol That would not be an option with the showcase I am building (66 cm height of one shelf), so I would only display him in front of the Hulkbuster.
I did it today and finally pulled the trigger after seeing the first edition a few years back. There's absolutely NOTHING like it.

Hi Jedha, you are the only youtuber that tried to move the legs. My display cabinet can fit 55cm which is the height of the Hulkbuster but that would mean that the figure's head would be touching the ceiling. Do you know if there is anyway to shorten the Hulkbuster's height? By spreading its leg sideway or maybe leaning forward?
I want to know the same thing lol I think the hulkbuster may be a tad too tall standing straight up in the display space i want to put him.

I usually put the batteries in my Hot Toys right away but I got mine like 3-4 months back and I STILL haven't tested the electronics lol... I'd feel like the biggest dipshit in the world if I accidentally broke this thing finding out that everything DID in fact work 😆

I had it when it was first issued. It costs $800. No hammer arm. I still look at it lovingly everyday. It's a beautiful piece and the centerpiece of my collection. Don't buy the infinity war hulkbuster. It's not as intricate or detailed like this first one. It's actually a powerpose big piece of colored vinyl. It looks and feels cheap and still costs $400.
