Finally pulled the trigger on this piece. I missed out on the original release because it sold out before I could reason with myself on spending the money on it😆. I just decided I wasn’t going to pass it up again this time because I doubt Hot Toys will make it again after this. Your video was really helpful in knowing what to expect and what to look for when I get mine.
Thank you so much for watching! The same thing happened to us the first time. We pre-ordered it and waited almost 2 years. A set of 1/6 Ghostbusters came out and ended up cancelling the Hulkbuster order to get those. We were lucky they released it again!
Hello, great review! I have one question, does the figure have the same screw removal procedure on the other arm if you want to make both arms jackhammer? Just asking for a friend? Kindest Regards
It only comes with the one extra arm so even if you were able to get the other one off you would have nothing to replace it with. Thanks for tuning in. We enjoy sharing our hobbies.
The tool to pop the arm off is a real pain to use. Hot toys never really meant for the arm to be removed. It is extremely difficult to push the tab forward to release the arm. Very poor design. You almost have to break the arm just to remove the arm. Very frustrating. It’s not as easy as most of these videos make it out it be. Use a little silicone lubricant that might make it a little easier to remove.
Definitely not something I would want to pull off repeatedly. I did feel that tab release when we got the tool positioning just right but you really have to take your time. I don't think they ever planned for the arms to remove so this design was just jerry-rigged together. Thanks for watching.
Good video.. unfortunately this was one of the worst figures I've ever gotten from Hot Toys. I despised the fact that they took all of the articulation out of it. The thing can't put a foot in front of itself it can twist at the waist no ab crunch it's just a really really badly articulated figure. They did all this after having delay the original one for over a year just so you can put another $400 figure inside of it which was stupid considering they give you a bus to put in it for the part that would open up the display in the first place. Then look at all of the different battery compartment you not have to open up and then turn on each individual battery light itself instead of there being one centralized rechargeable battery with one centralized button to turn on all of the lights at the same time. And then it didn't come with the satellite and it didn't come with a jackhammer are originally. You now have to buy that as a $200 add on. This was far-and-away one of the worst releases hot toys has ever had.. Very disappointing..
That's a common theme with a lot of Hot toys most of them will have ruined costumes if you pose them dynamically pulled out stitching and stretched fabric but they are modeled so well I can deal with it. Someday I hope the work in the ability to have the lights on new figures to work with a wireless charging type system built into the stand eliminating the news for batteries at all. Thank you for watching!
@@Meanwhileinthemancave - not a problem : I love to support all creators.. I was just so dissatisfied with this figure especially when it was delayed originally.. Only to get it and not be able to to the sime 'Hulk having his punch caught' pose absolutely everyone would love to have displayed... This was a serious disappointment.. 👍
@@mams1701 We had the first one on pre order forever and ended up cancelling it when the Blitzway Ghostbusters were announced because It seemed like this was going to be vaporware. We were surprised they released it again.
You guys are my favorite TH-camrs hands down.

You as well! We have some other Hot Toys posted if you are interested. Again thanks so much for watching!
nice... where you purchased from
I believe sideshow has them now. Thank you for watching!
Yeah I tried putting the jackhammer on but the tool didn’t seem to be doing what it was suppose to do to make it easy to take off. lol
They could have made that easier to do for sure. Thanks for watching.
