Salmon drizzled in a bit of olive oil then wrapped in tin foil cooked in the oven for 20-25 mins😍 served with broccoli and sweet potato fries✨ honestly my fave meal
You’re meant to season salmon to make it really nice😂would recommend salt, pepper and lemon, or marinade it in teriyaki sauce before cooking, and grilling can make it really nice and crispy
@@xStarzx100 chai is indian tea/the word for tea in hindi and its characterised by the spices in it, so people saying chai tea are basically saying 'tea tea' lol
Chai means tea in Hindi and is from India and it’s full of spices like cardamom and cinnamon. The starbucks version actually doesn’t contain any coffee and is only called a latte because of how the milk is steamed and foamed like in a latte! Loved the video💕
You'd like the salmon if you did it the way I do it When u were like how do people eat that ? My answer is because it would not be very nice the way u did it sorry You should try a fillet of salmon on a baking tray with tin foil drizzle with olive oil chilli flakes and salt. Bake in the oven for 10 mins and omg amazing xx
@@MollyThompsonx_ I get it fish can taste so much like a fishmonger smells, if you've ever walked around one at a market on holiday you will understand. That makes it sound so unappealing..I find it's like marmite you either love it or hate it. I also find quinoa tastes better hot, unless it's in a salad with lettuce, tomatoes olives and feta cheese or something like that.
my family mix quinoa with rice and eat it like that with curry/chilli etc, you can’t even taste it and it’s a good way to eat something quite good for you without really noticing !!
Season the food please!! 😂 Salmon and aubergine both need seasoning - they will be grim like that lol. Also with the quinoa, I usually buy it dry (in a bag) then boil it with a stock cube or some bouillon powder which gives it more flavour. Did you drain the lentils or put the liquid in the pan? 🤔 Ps. Defo a fussy eater, you didn’t like anything 😂
I just didn’t like these😹 I did season the salmon and the aubergine with salt and pepper and garlic but it was still gross haha! I drained the lentils, to make the sauce you needed to add 2 cups of water to mix with the curry paste x
Don’t take it personally, but it makes me so sad to see how uneducated with regard to food some people can be 😖 It should definitely be something that’s taught in schools
Perfect salmon: in the oven as it is... bit of salt and pepper, sprinkle of chilli powder or garlic powder, drizzle of oil. Bake for 20/30 mins depending On how crispy ya want it...when you take it out you can legit just peel the skin off and serve... yummm 😍
Deffo try cooking the salmon in the oven as a whole fillet, with lots of salt and pepper! Or you can put sweet chilli or teriyaki sauce on it, so tasty! Xx
Dried red lentils and chickpeas are so so good!! They don't really add much flavour but add a meaty texture - I use mashed chickpeas to make feta and red pepper "sausage" rolls because of that texture! XD
I recently tried salmon slices and it is so good! I don’t like salmon fillets though😂 try the ready to eat salmon slice in a toasted bagel with some cream cheese😍
I am exactly the same age as Molly and I genuinely don't understand how she can have so little culinary knowledge, I don't normally leave negative comments but I really hope she was acting dumb for entertainment purposes, else this video will really put me off her, just as I was really getting into this channel.
@@oliviasmith1931 I'm also 20 and I found the lack of knowledge pretty shocking. I didn't click on the video to watch a professional but this was pure lack of content

Cook the salmon in the oven and keep the skin on!! Wrap it in tinfoil and put butter, lemon, salt and pepper and it will keep it moist! Cook it for 18-20 mins. Try the quinoa with some olive oil salt and pepper and season the aubergine!! You should try again and post on your insta 😊😂xxx
Love this 😂 honestly granola is SO good and is like oaty clusters and there’s so many different varieties. Much much better taste and texture than muesli 😅
If you want to try lentils again I recommend looking up a daal recipe or buying daal from somewhere, it’s really delicious... there are loads of recipes on the bbc with all the foods you tried, following a recipe is the best way to try something new!
most people have a problem with the fact that chai tea latte has both the words chai and tea because chai means tea whereas molly is triggered that it has both the words tea and latte in the name 😂
Chai Tea Latte - you cant get decaf, and it is a tea syrup which does have cinnamon in it so it's a tiny bit of the syrup at the bottom, then hot water then steamed milk heheh, now you know what you was drinking 😂😂 (also better with Soy milk) (use to work there hehe)
I love these innocent juices, green and purple are my go to drinks with my meal deal haha, raisins with milk do not sound good 😂 Chai latte is literally made with chai powder and milk, same kinda thing like matcha or turmeric latte (I don’t like either 😂) it contains caffeine as it’s got tea in it but you can get decaf powders. I’ve not had fish since I was like 7 cause it always smelled and tasted to me like sea and now I’m plant-based 🥵
Chai tea lattes are my favourite. They aren't coffee but its basicsally tea. Chai means tea and it essentially just a milky cinnamonny hot drink. The iced ones are pretty good.
salmon is best cooked put in tinfoil with sweet chilli sauce drizzled over when cooking. its really good with risotto rice and vegetable! fish always taste best with some flavouring on it 💕for lentils green lentils always taste the best in a veggie chilli con carne!
iced chai latte is sooo much nicer than the hot ones in my opinion! a bit sickly but i find it very calming and like cosy 🤣 also! would you ever consider putting links to your outfits in your descriptions at all? i always just love everything you wear haha!!
Laughing bc I eat almost all this stuff all the time 😂 I even made a quinoa and salmon salad with roasted veg and greens yesterday! I always find it so interesting what people don’t like/ never tried
Chai tea is a black tea with spices in, that's why it smells like cinnamon. And latte just means milk, so you got a milky chai tea basically. It has the same caffeine as tea, and if you like a milky tea then you'd like that, hope that helps, even though you've drank it now haha x
This was so entertaining ahahah. Would love to see like a swapping diet with a subscriber for a day! And if they had a channel too that would be super fun! 😊
I’m the exact same with seafood, something about it I can’t stomach at allll. Though I find if you mix them with things you do like then it masks the taste much better and seasoning is my best friend!😂
Fair play for trying new things!! Also so many judgemental comments just because you don’t like salmon or didn’t know what “chai” meant, so many people acting like they’re better than everyone else just because they do hahahaha x
You can eat raw salmon as it is like in sushi which is amazing. Or you can cook it. Its best fried skin down so it goes crispy but you need to season it. You can also cook it in the oven but its not as good. Salmon is supposed to be pink. Sounds like you have a phobia of eating uncooked chicken but you dont get sick by eating uncooked salmon or most fish. In Japan they eat more or less every fish raw.
