    Due to Covid19 we cannot demonstrate the reservation process in our school so as an alternative way, we are told to film ourselves and upload it here in TH-cam.
    The reservation process is the first step by which the rooms are being booked before guests arrive, ensuring that the rooms are available upon the time the expected guests check-in. Of course, it is also the stage where a guest to choose their preferred hotel. Front office agents must successfully describe the hotel, its facilities, room rates and amenities to be able to sell a room.
    Disclaimer:
    I only used the "Escala Tagaytay Hotel" as an example. Any brands you can see throughout the video are not sponsored.

    As a call center agent handling travel account here's my tip. DO NOT OVER USE or over say MA'AM/SIR, MS/MRS/MR. It's slightly annoying for their end. And, there's no such word as PERSONS. Instead, use the word PEOPLE.

    very nice presentation. it's also important to mention the cancellation/ amendment policy, and also to ask the guest the number of pax to stay, inform then how many guests are allowed in the room before it incur additional charges :)

    This is good. Congrats! A small suggestion though, try not to mention the caller's name too many times. Ideally, you only need to mention the name at least 3 times -- at the beginning, middle and closing. :)

      Hi bb! Hospitality management is different to Travel and Tourism Management. HM focuses on a broad job, my boyfriend is a HM student, and super hirap dahil BACK OF THE HOUSE sila. meaning more on cooking. You can learn cooking naman in your school. Ibibigay naman nila ang procedures and iga-guide ka. Magastos lang sya lalo ngayon na online class. I prefer this course to be done at school kasi complete ang tools and equipments :)
