Lower tire pressure will help. There are so many mod videos for the CT200U... zip tie the gov, stock carb but add a bigger jet, intake and cone air cleaner, straight chain, 22lb valve springs and a less restrictive exhaust. Handlebar kill switch, bar end mirror. CVT is nice for more torque but I seem to break belts at the worst possible times. Better tires and weld supports to the front of the frame.
Same thing happened to me. I bought a Coleman BT200X with plans to make a whole bunch of videos with it and it got stolen. So after the sting of that wore off I got another one and we're back to making videos again. I hope you get a lot of fun riding time on this new mini.

Amazon makes a great front suspension for this there is also a rear swing arm available at go power sports
