Go back and listen to the sax solo a few times. He definitely knows what he's doing! Maybe you weren't listening carefully enough. To my ears he had no difficulties whatsoever with the tempo or the changes. Everybody in the group was shredding for that matter. Would be nice to have a list of names of the band members in the video description...
