Hmm... I like the idea of having guests with a different diet from you. A little more cook on Niall's steak, and turn the plantains into tostones al ajillo, and I'm there with this meal. This was fun!

I don’t know why my brain read plant based 😂when I saw the meat I was like “mmm that plant based meat looks soo real! I need to get me some.” So yeahh..I need to go back to school. Haven’t finished the video but it looks good so far!

This meal looks a lot like the paleo diet. It also may fall into the autoimmune protocol. Looks delicious. Nice to sub out the carb for a healthier alternative. Lots of healthy fats.
